I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

I have been a huge fan of Kielhs products for a long time. I figured that I would add this toner to my skincare routine just because I hoped to achieve the optimum benefits for my skin🤣. The toner has the milky texture and fragrance free. I would pat it gently onto my skin after the cleansing step with a cotton pad. I don’t particularly see any difference it makes for my skin. I like that it is gentle but that’s about it. I will just finish this toner and try other toner products.

Skin: combination skin, but more oily I use this toner everyday after cleansing. It works amazing. Sometimes I get lazy, this is the only product I put on my face at night. In the morning. It still helped my face moisturized. My bf has a dry skin and this toner helps his skin super soft. Of course it you want your skin to be fully hydrated you need to use serum and other moisturizers. Just saying this toner is a good first step for your skincare routine.

Absolutely gentle & divine!

I am IN LOVE with this milky toner!! My face is so sensitive to products & I was nervous about trying this. In just 3 days I could see a difference! The scent is light & my skin feels so moisturized when I use it! I don't use a cotton pad. Instead, after cleansing my face I pour a dime sized amount into the palm of my hand & spead it all over my face. It doesn't irritate ANYTHING. Not even the eye area! 2 months ago I decided to add the Ultra Cleanser & Moisturizer. I'm not kidding when I say people have asked me if I've had resurfacing done. My fine lines have diminished SO much & my skin glows! I will never use another brand again. This is THE holy grail!

Gentle, non-irritating toner

I have been using this product daily (AM + PM) since destroying my moisture barrier a couple of months ago. I was previously using the Glow Recipe Pore Tight Toner which I do love, but was causing some irritation. I wanted something gentle and hydrating, and this has definitely helped.The toner looks quite milky, but is definitely on the watery side and isn’t really creamy, which is what you would expect in a toner. It sits on the skin long enough to apply hyaluronic acid, but you can also pat it down dry in a short period of time if needed. The third ingredient is squalane, a shelf-stable hydrocarbon derived from squalene, which is a naturally occurring skin moisturizing agent and protector. The product also contains emulsifiers, stabilizers, one of which can help combat fungal acne, and three different oils. Squalane penetrates into the skin, and doesn't leave heavy residue, which may make someone believe it was not providing moisture. Many moisturizing products I find tend to leave a heavy film that seems like it would be moisturizing my skin, but is actually just a thick layer that isn't providing benefit beyond serving as an emollient. I find that applying this after a BHA or niacinamide step aids in avoiding breakouts.
