Got this to entertain my 16 week old Border Collie puppy when I leave the house. He loved it but destroyed it within about 3 days. Broke through the canvas and got the stuffing out. Just not durable enough for the price! Also a bit of a design flaw that food gets stuck in the smaller pockets and with excessive saliva becomes total mush. Would not recommend.

A hide and seek must

Skipper had a ball tonight with his new toy. He can be a bit destructive but the Velcro opened when he pulled at it. So it didn’t rip.Such a clever way of teaching hide and seek.We have a few other treat toys but this is definitely the best

Fabulous Mentally Stimulating Toy

I purchased this toy in size medium for my 15yr old Jack Russell as he was no longer interested in the harder toys, missing a few teeth makes it difficult for him too. Well, he absolutely loves this Kong Ballistic toy and won't leave it alone!! It's well made and the inner pockets are deep enough to make getting treats out a bit of a challenge. He goes for the little bowl of goodies in the centre first then works on the pockets. He LOVES this toy! The velcro holding it together is strong but impossible to get hair off. But still grips well regardless. My boy and I wholeheartedly recommend this toy.

Good short term

It was great when we first bought it, took my puppy a couple of hours to get into it, but the velcro looses its stick fairly quickly ( about 4 weeks), then puppy can get into it really easily. Over time, the pockets loosen as well and make it too easy. But she does love it when its new.

Good toy, but only for only light chewers

Our Bernese Mountain Dog loved this toy a little bit too much and chewed through the back end within a day of purchase. Our less "enthusiastic" dog enjoyed the puzzle immensely up until this point. Would only recommend for light chewing animals.

Great for light to medium chewers

It is hard to find toys to entertain my light chewer but this is his absolute favourite. It has also continued to hold up to repeated use though the velcro needs a deep clean to get out the dog hair to maintain the stick every now and then. I wouldn't recommend for very strong chewers, but those of us with light chewers can often be overlooked in the dog toy department. It is made of material that will last MY dog a life time though

KONG - Ballistic Hide 'n' Treat Medium

Nice to provide a different challenge and keep pup engaged when need a few minutes with him in pen and he’s still got energy to burn. He really enjoys. Sturdy enough to withstand some chewing.

Keeps dog curious & occupied !

Our Schnoodle cannot be filled, eats forever. We try to limit her food and spread it out over the day. Make her work a bit for it rather than just inhale it. This challenges her and will have her bouncing around for a couple of minutes to vet the single piece of kibble placed in the pouch. She loves it. Being Kong means it lasts better than most. Great!

Not up to Kongs usual standards

Used it twice with no problem; however the Velcro has now lost its grip which means the treat inside falls out far too easily. I purchased this toy to help improve ‘retrieve to hand’ but the poor closure of the Velcro defeats the object as there is no incentive to bring the toy back. Would need a stronger grip Velcro to get a 5 rating from me, although the idea behind this toy is good

Perfect for Chihuahuas

This is the best thing since sliced bread for our 7 month old Chihuahua boy.He is a beast some days, but being able to stuff my dehydrated chicken breast in this, and keep him entertained is what this does.Now anytime he hears Velcro on anything, he thinks it's this toy
