My dogs are JackChih's and puppies. They are incredible chewers, not only were they able to destroy the ball itself but they pulled off the outer decorative portion of the ball and were attempting to eat it. I feel it is a choking hazard or could also create an intestinal blockage. If you dogs are "chewers" this is NOT the product for them however if they will only "play" with the ball then I do recommend the item.

I bought this a few weeks ago and my dog loves them! They are cute and very durable. We have a great time with them. I love the different patterns and how well they do. kong is great as far as quality goes. I love petco because they have a pretty big Kong section. My dog goes through toys fast so I have to get stuff that will do well for him being that he is high energy. I love this product.
Seger (cocker spaniel) loves his ball collection. These are some of the best balls, they are heavier and denser than a tennis ball and bounce well but don't fly as high post bounce (so less things get knocked over if I miss throw). He likes the 8 ball best of all and prances when he retrieves it. (Question above is silly, of course it was a gift, for my fur baby).
My dog, Mabel, and I have been recently playing a lot more fetch in my developmentās tennis courts. She bit through a couple of other tennis balls we had used, just from holding them in her mouth and bringing them back to me. These have been the most sturdy weāve found! These balls are poorly made. In the last month, I've purchased 2 3 Packs of these balls for my dogs. Within the first 1 to 2 minutes, these balls broke in half. Let me explain. These balls have a rubber core under the fabric lining. The rubber core is made of 2 hemispheres somehow glued together. All 6 balls broke directly down the middle. The glue or whatever they're held together by gave out almost immediately. I contacted Kong and they offered me a 5 dollar coupon. Not worth it. Avoid this product. Petco makes $1 tennis balls that last a long time and are a way better option for your dog. Oh, and for the 2 packs I purchased...totaled out to be around $20. For $20, I could have bought almost 20 of the Petco brand balls.
Bought these thinking they would be a bit more long lasting than regular tennis balls. Unfortunately, the felt covering the balls is secured by a thick plastic substance that is easily torn apart by my dog and the felt also is easy for her to scrape off. As a ball, it also fails to have the right amount of Bounce as it just lands with a thud. Disappointing as a lot of Kong toys are top quality.
I bought these last night and they are horrible.. they are already destroyed. The fabric has been ripped off and the ball underneath punctured. Waste of money
I thought I was getting a pack of 4 balls but I only got two. I received the basketball and baseball themed balls. They are awesome for my medium sized dog. She is a big chewer and was ripping open regular tennis balls. Itās hard to find balls that are durable for chewers and that donāt squeak so I was happy to find these. I think I got the larger ones which means my medium sized dog canāt really get a good enough grip on them to destroy them but she can still pick them up in her mouth. How does one get the 8 ball and soccer ball versions? I kind of wanted the set!
