My 50 lb boxer lab mix has 4 of these. She's had the newest 3 bears for almost 2 years now and the first one was bought maybe 6 months prior to the others. I bought the biggest ones for her. She's destroyed all other stuffed animals she had before, and only had them a short periods of time before they were destroyed. These bears have been durable for the most part, but not indestructible. She has chewed off the ears on I think all of them. And her first bear she tore his head/ into his nose area. I have sewn her bears though when she has gotten holes in them. One bear was sort of defective (the stitching along his back came unsewn and I fixed it).She hasn't managed to take off any arms or legs yet and she plays tug with them with me and my family.

Great fun and loved but some dogs will rip into it

I have a doberman who loves his knot bears - carries them around, sleeps with one (or more) in his bed. However, the labradoodle loves to rip their faces open and tear out the stuffing. After the stuffing is out, she will also chew the rope in the head until it looks like its brains are hanging out. Given how much the dobie enjoys them, I keep buying them but would like to see them without the stuffing.

I have a couple other versions of this toy, Mr. Hippo, Mr. Foxy, and Mr. Bunny. My girl, Emma, loves each of these. She’s a big tugger, and she can destroy a toy in minutes, so it’s always a craps shoot how long a toy lasts in my house. She, and her brother, destroy them at light speed. To my surprise, each of the varieties of this toy have stood the test of time. Mr. Hippo’s ears and nostrils are gone, but he’s mostly there lol, and Mr. Foxy has a warped nose, from Emma sucking and chewing on it, but Mr. Bear is holding up best of all. He has a few stretches, and some saliva on his fur, but he’s going strong. Great tug toys, great chew toys, just great toys all around. I highly recommend any of the animal options of this toy, especially if your pup likes to tug, ... MoreI have a couple other versions of this toy, Mr. Hippo, Mr. Foxy, and Mr. Bunny. My dog loves his bear!

Actual item is great, my cavoodle loves it and hasn’t been able to rip it yet (except the smile has come undone). However, with regards to delivery, it was super delayed but petpost quickly sent out an express shipment after i reached out (still took about a week to arrive). Also, the colour i received for the small was dark brown, i was expecting the same colour as the picture. I also ordered the larger one which was the right colour, but came quite dusty, probably old stock.

Perfect size for small to medium pups.
2 June 2021

I have 3 pups who all like to play with toys at different times, some play rougher than others, but usually over a short time someone has decided to chew an edge off where stuffing begins to fall out, etc. I have tried many brands but they seem to love this style and brand. I don't worry about a little chewing and nuzzling because the fabric has shown to be tough and with the rope knots inside instead of a lot of stuffing, the toys hold up much better. The price is reasonable and I won't feel disappointed if and when the toys have met their match and need replacement. Bottom line: I want to provide toys that my pups love and that last over many times of play instead of something that looks nice but won't last even through one play episode. I highly recommend.

Our 2 year old German shepherd absolutely loves these bears. Eventually (a couple of months) it's destroyed but we get a lot of tug of war and our big scary dog is so cute carrying it around. I bought them lightning fast when half price. Thanks for that sale! The bears are so good that PC were out of stock in less than 24 hours.I didn't get to choose the colour but all three are great.

Thank you for making a rescue pups day a little brighter ! :)

This product was exactly what we were looking for ! My pup is a rescue. Long story short, her very first toy was a kong bear (she picked it out herself). It is her favorite toy! Ever since then, I have made it my mission to collect every special edition Kong bear. Here is her collection and her beautiful face!

The best toy we've bought purchased
27 November 2022

This is the only toy that our Cavoodle has not chewed through and he is a severe chewer. Yes, he has managed to chew off some appendages (monkey is missing an arm) however, this toy definitely withstands some strong chompers. We've bought two of these because they're just great quality. The insides being ropes and not cotton is great as you won't need to worry about looking back at your puppa swallowing a mouthful of cotton. It's a plus if your pup loves rope toys! Absolutely recommend!

good value

Milo the 3 legged poodle usually destroys toys very quickly (or I spend a gazillion on imported dinosaurs from USA). He has had a medium teddy for almost a year. It took him 6 months to remove one arm and shred the rope inside and since then he has been working on the squeaker. If he accidentally makes it squeak he leaves Teddy alone for a couple of days so it's been a labour of love. Finally he got the squeaker out on Friday night (yes there was fluff). Since then he has ignored the teddy and walks around the house with the squeaker silently held in his mouth. He positions it somewhere, stares at it for a while and then moves it somewhere better.I have given two of these to new puppy owners and it's very popular.Good value!
