I've noticed the wrinkles on my forehead (seeing a theme with this 5head of mine?) are less pronounced as well. There is no overpowering scent to this product which is a nice change from my last one. Price wise its pretty on par with other Vitamin C serums I've used in the past. Now some of the complaints I have for this product. I think the biggest one I have and what others have as well is the packaging, most notably the application. Instead of a pump, which would do wonders with this product, there is a dropper. The serum itself is on the thicker side and will cling to the outside of the dropper making a bit of a mess when you go to put it back in the bottle. So please, give us a pump! Next I saw some other reviews complaining about the serum not absorbing and pilling if you put anything on top of it. I wasn't having this problem because it was my last serum before my moisturizer and I always give it a good 10 minutes to dry before I apply. I decided to switch it up a bit and will agree that it is hard to apply anything else (serum wise) on top of this serum without it getting sticky and starting to pill, so definitely make sure this is the last product you put on before your moisturizer. And finally not really a complaint but the product will stain so be careful, you can even see my topper is stained orange in the picture below. I would recommend this if you have sensitive skin and other Vitamin C products have been too harsh or have irritated you, just don't forget your sunscreen!

I was very excited to get a free sample of the La Roche-Posay Vitamin C Serum in the mail. I washed my face and applied it, but I have to take off one â , because it kept "pilling" up on me. I don't know if I was doing something wrong or what but in certain areas and especially when I put my moisturizer over top I kept getting clumps of it rolling off? My skin can be on the sensitive side, and this serum bothered it a little bit. As I'm writing this my cheeks are burning slightly in a small area on both sides, but nowhere else. It may be the salicylic acid. My skin is also naturally oily, and this serum didn't make it greasy at all. This serum was not at all sticky or tacky on my face and it absorbed quickly and easily into my skin. What it is, is a face and neck serum that leaves skin more radiant, softer and more hydrated. As a result, wrinkles look visibly reduced and skin texture and tone are more even and refined. This serum combined concentrated 10% pure Vitamin C, salicylic acid and neurosensine for optimal effectiveness while also being suitable for sensitive skin. Dermatologist tested for safety. Noncomedogenic, oil-free, paraben-free, allergy tested opthalmologist tested, and suitable for sensitive skin. 96% say the product's texture is pleasant. 87% say the product does not leave skin sticky, and 87% say their complexion is fresh looking. I am super happy I received La Roche-Posay 10% Pure Vitamin C Serum from Influenster to try and review because I don’t think I would have tried this particular serum on my own and it fantastic! This serum feels like a water gel consistency and I am very impressed with the fact that this Vit. C is not sticky or tacky in the least and that is a huge plus. This serum melts beautifully into your skin and leaves behind a velvety smoothness which I absolutely love! It does have a scent to it, not a citrus scent as you would think but more of a floral scent which does dissipate quickly. Since I have been using this my skin had improved immensely. You can really feel the potency of each key ingredient as it penetrates and invigorates your skin. Vitamin C as a serum has a variety of uses, most commonly for anti-aging and hydration. I enjoyed the glow this product left behind, but I’m not so sure I would use this on a daily basis. This might be a fun treatment to do perhaps once a week to awaken your freshest, brand-newest skin.

On top of that, this product has fragrance in it, which can be irritating for certain skin types. Using the product was messy, and it is way overpriced for a small amount and a bad formulation. It has salicylic acid in it, which is confusing to me because although I don't claim to be an expert, a lot of science online says that using them together at the same time may throw off your skin's ph balance. While I don't expect amazing results in just one month, it caused me to break out, so I won't continue to use this, especially after finding out that one of the main ingredients is denatured alcohol. Don't waste your money like I did, and buy any other vitamin C serum that will actually help your skin.

I always prefer unscented cosmetics. First time i used it, i could feel the smell quite long, which gave me a headache. Overall, i will definetely not buy another one. Was even thinking to give this one away, but its quite pricey so i'm forced to finish it. I;m very surprised, because all other products i used felt very well on my skin.

I got this vitamin c because I got two other La Roche Posay products and they have worked wonders for me but I regret switching from my Glow Recipe Vitamin C to this one. I have been using it for 3 and a half weeks. In the beginning I did notice my skin getting brighter but I feel like that has slowly stopped. 1) this is overly fragranced. Think of it as an orange perfume. I am super sensitive to smell and was shocked that La Roche Posay decided to add fragrance to their skincare. 2) after an hour of using this, you will start to have orange crust peel off your face. You will notice this around your hair line and if you rub your face. When using makeup overtop, you makeup will look blotchy and orange. 3) the dropper doesn't really work. I will recommend this serum to all who wants to awaken dull skin. This one is the best so far I have tried .I have taken one star off not because of product but because of packing issue . This product comes in a glass bottle with a dropper . The Serum is quite viscous and when the bottle is full , you take the dropper out with the serum in it, the outside of the dropper is all smeared by serum itself. Its not a nice experience the product is dripping. Most of the time, I just use the dropper itself as an applicator as there was enough serum outside then using the dropper itself. When the serum comes down to half than I started using dropper.And I noticed that the colour of this serum has changed with in a month from cream to orange now . It means it is oxidising fast . And the culprit is the dropper system as every time I took the dropper out and put it back, it allow air exchange and thus causing oxidation. And colour has changed significantly from when I open the new seal and now . I think a pump bottle would have been for such a product and there would have been no air exchange in a pump bottle and it would be easy to use the product from a pump then dropper . This is my only concern about this product. The product shelf life is 3 months. Overall I am very happy with the product itself and it’s performance.
