My husband is 6’1”, 185lbs. He wears 511s in 33x32 so that is what we ordered. Dark Hallow’s material is 99% cotton and 1% elastine as are other 511s (except flex), we sized-up because the waist felt uncomfortably snug. 34x32 feels better on the waist, but a little too loose on the legs. The material is stiff and tends to fade if not washed delicately with cold water and very little liquid detergent (for dark colors). Hang dry to preserve the color and appearance.

Originally I bought a 32x30, but it was too long. Then I ordered the 32x29, and its length is good, despite the fact with other pants brands I wear 32x30. The pants fit too much like skinny jeans, but they still look good, especially the grey khaki look. I wish it was a tad bit looser.

Bough two pairs of 511 slim fit stretch jeans in a Levi's store. Both were the same size but different colors. Tried both on and they fit great. After wearing for a day, the one fits perfectly (as that size always does for me) but the other one stretches out as I wear it. I tried to exchange the one pair of jean 3 days later but cannot because I had no receipt. I understand that is the policy and losing the receipt is my fault but I cannot afford jeans that don't fit... Good thing there's plenty of other brands of jeans.

I ordered five different colors of the same length jeans and some of them are longer than the others. Especially gray black 3d color is more than an inch longer.
Recently bought online from J.C. Penny. Hard to find Levi’s black slim fit jeans in my size; not too long, baggy looking men’s jeans here! Look great, fit great, and the bit a stretch fabric in them insures that they’ll still fit very nicely even after I gain a couple of winter-fat pounds by next spring! I’m very happy with this purchase, especially since I could purchase them at a discount!
These used to be good quality. But even good old Levi's brand has finally fallen victim to the classic capitalism model of "race to the bottom". Every pair of the five that I ordered has threads coming undone right out of the package new, even before washing them. What a disappointment but no surprise considering how consumers are getting worse quality of products all around the world each passing day.
I had multiple pairs of 511s over the last decade and the usually last me at least 3 years. When I received these jeans I thought they were counterfeit. The material is so thin and already the denim is pilling after 2 weeks of wear. Not to mention the sizing is way off. What a joke- I won’t be buying Levi’s again
Nice Jeans from Levi's for day to day wear. I would warn that if you are used to the the original 501's these are definitely a lot thinner style jean. The stretch fabric in the material allows for some additional give for more of an athletic use and feel. The only issue I had with them is the pair I received was a supposed to be a rinsed blue but when I got them they had a slight green tint to them in the light. After a couple of wears and a wash the tint was less noticeable. Not sure if it was just the pair I received or if this is just something about the finish or the stretch material that caused the tint. The slim fit does feel better than the 513's I used to wear. Overall a nice pair of jeans but you really can't go wrong much with a pair of Levi's.
Bought the 31-32 (usually use 32 waist) and until the first wash it was OK. Afterwards, I started noticing that it was running big and currently, almost 3 months after purchase, fit is horrible. Everything but slim. It reminds me of the buggy jeans that were in fashion in the 90's. Can hardly wear them anymore. Very disappointed.Next, I bought the Harbour model, this time 30-30. At the beginning were very stretch. Again, one month later, the jeans run big.Best careful with the elastane. These jeans have nothing to do with the classic, iconic Cone denim Levi's.
These jeans are well made but the sizing is way off! My husband's current jeans are 511, size 33, and they are a bit too large so I ordered him a 32. He couldn't even get them on! So I tried them and they fit me perfectly. I think they may be women's? I would keep them for me, except they don't have any stretch so I am returning them. My last 3 on line orders from Macy's have not worked, sizing off or I am sent the wrong item. What has happened yo Macy's?!
