I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! Effective especially long term

I've been using Crystal Retinal for about 5 years now, and recently started strength 10. I am generally fairly lazy with my skincare but this is the one thing I remember at night as it seems to tackle every issue in one easy formula. I have never had a bad reaction to it at all, either on first use or when going up a strength because the formulation is so good. This serum has definitely smoothed the texture on my forehead and brightened my skin. It hasn't completely got rid of my signs of aging, but I am sure it's significantly slowed them down, and people never believe I'm the age I am. I've still got lines around my eyes, and some pigmentation etc but no amount of skincare is going to make a 53 year old look like they're 17. Gentle and Effective

I am new to the retinal products. I started using it two times per week, then every second night in the following week, then every night. I had no irritation at all. It shows how incredibly gentle this product is on my skin. I also apply a bit of a moisturizer before, it helps spread the cream as it has a bit of dry texture to it. After one-month I can see some results - some of my pigmentation is fading, my skin feels a bit firmer, and the tone of my skin has improved. So, it starting to work on a deeper level! This product provides powerful combination - its strong and effective yet it so lovingly gentle. Excellent product that requires patience. Good as all Medik8 products are

I was on Crystal 6 for a few good months (and many tubes) and had very good, visible results with no irritation whatsoever. I recently decided to upgrade to Crystal 10 and introduced it gradually in my PM routine. Still no sign of irritation on my sensitive skin and results that I'm happy with. However, compared to the lesser strength cream/serum I'm not noticing much of a difference or improvement. This might be due to the fact that I need to use the 10 for longer and possibly increase the number of applications to nightly, rather than 3/4 times per week. I use about a pump and a half for my face and neck so it lasts me about 4-6 months. It sinks in very well and it gives me good coverage. I never get any irritation with it (but I did start with retinal 1, then 3.) In the morning my skin is always clearer, brighter and my skin tone is much more even and my usual redness is very reduced. I really think it's helping to prevent fine lines. This is a great rerinal serum. I have tried several before so I decided to try retinal 6. I only use it twice a week and have not experienced any redness, irritation or peeling whatsoever which makes me so happy. I had tried Skinceuticals 1.0 and had to give up because I kept peeling no matter how little I used. I think this is the perfect strength for me.I use a pump which is quite a generous amount. Magic - highly recommended

I went all out and set myself up with a Medic8 routine and have been following it religiously now for the past 2 weeks. I’ve had no sensitivity whatsoever. The products all feel wonderful on my skin. All are easily absorbed , smell pleasant and very easy to use with clear instructions. Even after such a short time, not only have I seen improvement generally on the tone and brightness of my skin, the lines are gradually fading too! My face looks more even and feels beautifully soft. I was nervous about using serum as my skin is oily, but It’s like Magic! Friends have even commented how fresh I look lately. I highly recommend these products and love the packaging concept too.
