Frames were a pleasure to deal with, was after a pair fairly last minute before a wedding with none in my size locally in Christchurch, found frames after a quick google, emailed them on a Friday night about availability and by the Saturday morning they were on there way. Thanks guys!

My first pair of RM Williams and so far they meet my expectations very well. I just had them for a bit less than a month.
The boots seem quite a bit larger (in depth) than my older pairs of RM Williams boots, which are both size 12G. I have bought a couple of sets of insoles but in hindsight I should have returned them in exchange for a narrow fit.
I've worn these boots for years. One of the pairs I picked up in Australia was due for an upgrade and my new pair from Hume's are lovely. So comfortable and go with pretty much any outfit.
I’ve worn RM’s for thirty odd years and this pair were probably the best value I’ve had in a long time thanks to them being on sale
Very disappointed. Having spent £375 on some new RM Williams Boots for Christmas, I had to pay additional postage (£4.95), other comparative retail stores were free but I wanted to support a local Banbury firm.Once received I realised they were slightly too big. To make matters worse I have now had to pay £10+ to return them. This is not acceptable and completely unfair (£15+ in postage costs)I will never shop with William Powell again and shall buy all future boots & clothing elsewhere.
