Other brands were recommended to me but these are the best I have found for a senior with hamstring and glute low back pain issues. .

The addiction Walker shoes are amazing. I have worn Dyads for a while but I wanted leather look runners for work. These for very similarly. They’re so comfortable
Second pair of Brooks shoes I have purchased. I am a 36 year old man, and have newly been introduced to orthotics. Requiring the right size and width shoe is hard to find, but I found it easily at Brooks (including a neutral sole for my orthotics). I first purchased a sneaker & with the comfort and being able to walk easily again I purchased a business shoe look for work. I highly recommend Brooks shoes!
Excellent walking shoes,my second pair.I am in my late 70’s and walk about 8 km daily.They are shoes for all conditions, being leather my feet do not get wet, they are tough and clean up easily looking good for general use.Recommend them.
I do a lot of walking and I have owned several pairs of Brooks Addiction Walkers. They are reasonably priced, comfortable and wear very well.
So disappointedAddiction Walker has been my go to shoe for nearly 20 years and have walk two Caminos in them.These latest ones are a poor quality.I dont like the cheap (blister inducing) lining and two seams around the heel!!! Right were your foot moves. Who thought that was a good idea. ??That heel lining is like some weird sandpaper.The shoe seems more vinyl than leather and squeaks like a cheap vinyl shoe.It smells like vinyl too.And they are a sweat box to wear. Whereas before i could walk comfortably in 40degree heat.Would prefer they went back to the qood quality leather and lining that lock in your heel comfortably. Close up the lining looked like it had tiny fluffy checks.Why ruin a good thing?
Very comfortable walking shoes. Anti-slip grip works excellent. Just worried about durability of inside lining. It seem to be similar to running shoes, which don't last long.
Very comfy. This is my second pair of Walker. I use them as my work shoes- so wear them 5 days a week. My podiatrist recommended them for my back pain. Work like magic. I use them with Orthotics. The Orthotics inserts make a squeaky noise. The staff at The Athlete's Foot advised to use some talcum powder before putting the inserts once in a while. I did that, and the sound was gone. Very helpful advice indeed!
