Great bike! Our son loves it! Easy to control, even on difficult terrains. The gears are easy to use and have a smooth transition. Surprising lightweight too. Very good value bike.

After 10 days the suspension locked and I had to take it to the workshop to be repaired. Not the best start. This is disappointing. As was not able to participate in a bike ride that had been planned with a group of friends since before lockdown. I am sceptical about my purchase

I was so excited to get my new bike but the first couple of times I took it out the chain kept slipping off and now I have two problems. First of all the chain is twisted and I have to buy a new one and secondly the paintwork on the frame is scratched and damaged from the chain getting trapped between the front cogs and the frame. I showed it to my mate who knows about bikes and he said that the front derailleur was not correctly set up. The derailleur cage was not straight, too high and the limiting screws were not set correctly. I think it’s really poor that a new bike arrives not ready to ride. I’m happy to adjust the handlebars and seat height but I don’t think the consumer should be expected to set up the gears on receipt of a brand new bike.
This bike is excellent, I have the gloss black version xxl frame. It arrived very well packaged with no damage. The only slight irrataion was the delivery delay by DHL whose tracking website and info needs looking at.
Love this bike. 1st bike in 16 years and I thought I'd struggle getting back into the swing of thing but this bike has made it so easy. It light and easy to move around. Definitely a good buy
It's been years since I had a bike and wanted something I could use to commute to work on and enjoy on weekends. I didn't want the spend too much or get anything too hardcore just in case I didn't use it much. This is a great entry level mtb to get started with. It's a lovely looking bike, the pics don't do it justice, it's well built and comfortable to ride. The bike arrived ready to go and can't fault the service. Very happy!
Suitable for street cruising and dirt pathways only.not intended for cross country or jumps. Your bike will not treat you kindly if you do test the limits...Stay off the jumps and downhill trails, and your bike will be happy. If you want to do jumps etc, by a downhill or proper enduro
A great bike to ride, nice and smooth gear changes with well operated brakes. The riding position is also very good and i reallylike the 29 inch wheels. My gripes are, on the crank I would rather have the medium and large sprockets not the medium and small ones, also the chain rubs on the front gear changer when I go into the top end gears on the rear.Apart from this, I would highly recommend to anyone to take a look at tredz if the are getting a new bike.
