Great product! Super light for carrying in a shoulder or day pack. Touch, pen, mouse and keyboard combination input makes it very natural to use; but makes using non-touch/non-pen enabled laptops unsatisfying. Great screen and battery life. 11th gen i5 features the updated integrated GPU and w/8GB of RAM this thing is more than adequate for everything except advanced gaming or video processing. Works fine with no lag for large spreadsheets, general photo editing, online games like Civ VI, and of course as a consumption device for any type of streamed content.I use it for work and consumption everyday and highly recommend this type of ultraportable.

The Surface Pro is 4-5 years old but there are no visible scratches, zero visible signs of use at all. The battery life seems to be pretty good too, has to be at least 75% of when it was first used, maybe much higher. It came well-packaged, arrived quickly (3-4 days), it came with a 3rd party power supply and no keyboard cover, which I expected and was 100% OK with as I have both from my previous Surface Pro. Overall I'm beyond satisfied with the price, value, delivery, and quality and would recommend it to a friend looking for a new, refurbished computer for a good price.

I bought a refurbished surface pro 6 - it got stuck in a load in screen loop. I bought a refurbished surface go 3 for my wife. The exact same problem. So I bought a brand new surface pro 7. It has proven itself to stay alive, but the screen flickers no matter what. I promise you, NO MATTER WHAT. I have researched from dozens of websites for help. The Microsoft help service is unreliable. Their surface pen/pencil is not quite accurate. The battery life doesn't even last the whole day. I use this computer primarily for Microsoft Word, some google chrome for school and casual social media, and that is it. No games, no malicious websites, and no grueling software. Please don't buy this. You would be better off either getting a reliable laptop or an actual tablet.

I was hesitant to order this but with Walmart’s ease of returning things I took a chance and ordered this. I needed this to run quilting software on my long arm machine.I normally only write reviews if very dissatisfied or very satisfied. This arrived well before the anticipated date in great condition and well packed. The Surface looks like brand new. Even the power cord looks new. No lag and no freezing of the screen.I have no buyers remorse.
The product was described as premium, but in reality it was scrap. The device was used to its full capacity and it was damaged. The only component which was of premium standard was the charger. The battery had no life left and it hardly last for an hour or two. The device appeared dirty and keyboard was torn.More than the seller, the blame goes to Noon who permits such sellers to trade through their platform. We can’t trust the products sold here at all, since they have not set any standards and/or they don’t have any control to monitor the standards (if any).Hope someone who understands the impact of such practices reads our comments.

It is in very good conditions minor scratches on the screen. they sent the wrong charging cord for it so I can't charge it. luckily there is another way to charge the tablet without the charger so I am able to do that. but I would still like the actually charger. contacted the company and walmart. if I don't hear back from them. I'm just going to buy a new charger. But it's crap that I didn't get the right one in the first place
