The Battlecruise H50 was developed with Bridgestone's advanced new Ultimate EYE technology. This enables the engineers to determine exactly how a tyre behaves when in contact with wet and dry road at different speeds, loads and slip angles. The H50 provides a larger contact area on the asphalt, resulting in a more uniform contact pressure distribution for easier handling and better cornering. Thanks to a larger crown profile on the rear tyre and a specially developed rubber compound, mileage is increased. The optimised vertical stiffness of the front tyre ensures a good balance between stiffness and damping.

6K miles on OEM BMW R18 FE TREAD LIFE DONE

(I agree center contact patch on front and rear is nearly bald) sides barely due to riding style and lack of leaning angle of my bike, They seemed to wear more on the left side of tread)The tires did perform well in all seasons I road in except for icy roads and snow. Lots of wet weather riding. Feel good about these tires ability to stick to do the road and control the bike.Giving a 3 star for now mainly just based on the service life. I was expecting more miles. I bought these tires for my 2001 Harley Road King last year to see how they handled and to see how many miles I could put on these tires since they recently became available in the size my Road King takes, 130/90-16. I bought this tire for the front and the back and put them both on at the same time. 1st thing I noticed is it handled REALLY well for the 1st ride, BIG difference in the handling in a great way. It seemed like these tires tracked a lot better than other tires and moving the bike side to side in tight turns seemed easier with these tires to me!!!! It seemed like these tires stuck to the road more whether it was dry or wet roads. I ride almost everyday (except for 2 months during the winter here in Pittsburgh, Pa.). I think the total mileage was a little over 7,000 miles!!!! That was good enough for me. I just purchased another tire for the front and the back for this year. Its middle August so Im hoping I get most of next years riding season in before I have to get a new set of tires again. BEST TIRES I EVER BOUGHT & I have been riding Harleys for over 30 years now!!!!! If you need tires DEFINITELY buy these!!!!!!!!!!!!

My go-to tire has always been the Dunlap American Elite - awesome tire. However, during the pandemic you could not find a front and rear set of anything, except Bridgestone. So, I figured what the heck I?d give them a try considering anything?s better then worn out. Folks, this was one of the best outcomes of a conundrum. These tires ride flawlessly; smooth, ultra quite, and corner with a tight line. I am absolute impressed and thrilled.Do not hesitate to buy these.Bike: 2016 HD street glide CVOHappy riding my friends!

Good all weather tires
7 May 2024

I've had two pairs of these tires so far and for good reason, these are very good at what they do. I ride all year on my sportster in PA, and I face all kinds of hard riding weather. They keep traction very well, and hardly slip even in the worst conditions. If you know you ride in rain or even light snow or other wet and cold conditions these are a good insurance policy. They cost a pretty penny though, but you get what you pay for.

Great tire, may have found another favorite
3 July 2022

I've ridden 200 miles. I'm impressed. New tires always roll well compared to the replaced squared off worn tires; however these corner excellent. I ride a Victory Kingpin, scrap the foot boards in the corner. Performance is great in the corners and cruising. Rode a Honda VTX for 16 years, tried 3 different tire brands (Michelin, Metzler Dunlop), never had a tire last longer than 7000 miles, so not expecting more from these. Loved the Michelin Commander II on the Honda, I would rate these the same. Dry pavement riding only.

Great tires good price
25 February 2024

First set of tires from the originals, seem to grad well and are wearing out pretty good after 2K miles, they still look new, rode them in rain for first time last week and felt comfortable but did not push the envelope, not once did I feel the bike slip on the wet turns but I am a starter so I was extra careful. Would I buy again? Sure unless something else is in sale just to try different brands and have a base to compare against.

Happy with the tires
18 February 2024

Getting ready to replace them with another set. Am i happy with the tires .yes Am pleased with how long they lasted? Dont know. At least 12k i would guess. Going into 4 th riding season but see but dont feel cupping. I HAD THESE TIRES 3 SEASONS AT WRONG DUNLOP PRESSURE ! They take 40 pounds up front 50 in back on my 2010 elactraglide harley. This set will.have right air pressure. Are they better than me888 or non american dunlop i honsetly cant say either way. They worked well at 2 sturgis's. I like the price and plan on watching this second much closer

Rave reviews and longevity claims don't match my experience
14 August 2020

I'm just not a fan of this tire. The first time I purchased one it cupped badly, but I thought I'd give it another try. I go through tires like butter on a Rocket 3 Roadster, but the fronts usually go about 6000 miles. This one is at 3,000 and already to the wear indicators. It's especially frustrating, as they advertise this tire lasting significantly longer than other tires- nope! I'm in western NC where the roads are twisty. Maybe if you're a straight cruising highwayman, or woman, you'll experience better results. Even when it had plenty of tread it was scary in the rain. I've never felt that from any other tire on this bike. I don't remember that problem in the rain on the first one I bought- maybe they've changed the composition and not for the better. Tire for my 2021 Kawasaki Vaquero 1700
7 June 2024

Great Product at a great price. Purchased this front tire for my 2021 Kawasaki Vaquero 1700. Tire was only 1 1/2 years old, mounted and balanced well, bike rides smooth. Will buy again. Next will try to buy tires front & rear at the same time.

You'll love these tires

I have a 2015 Harley Davidson Street Bob custom. I had the stock scorchers on my bike until Jan. 2017. I ride every day weather permitting I live in sunny So. Cal. Long Beach to be exact. I have 45,000 miles on my bike and when I installed the BC H50 I had 30,000 miles. The rear tire had about 1000-1200 more miles left on it and the front had 2000-2500+ more. The only reason I installed new ones is because I'm going on a long ride at the end of this month and I wanted fresh tires. That's the longevity part. The handling difference from the stock tires and these tires is night and day. The BC H50 grip the road much better then the stock scorchers. Btw the stock tires only lasted me 10k miles tops. I did ride a little bit in the wet stuff but I don't get on it too hard but they did seem to grip the road well I would do things on these tires in the rain that I wouldn't with the stock tires no way. Believe me when I tell you if you try these tires on your big V twin you're gonna love them. I won't put anything else on my bike until they make something better and I don't see that happening for awhile. If they have your size, on your next tire change go with the Bridgestone Battlecruise H50 you won't believe the difference and I'm almost positive you won't go back to your stock scorchers, if that's what's on your bike now. In fact I'm going to make a bold statement I'll bet they're just about the best tire out there for your Harley, Indian, Victory V twin motorcycle. I know as for my bike they're the best I've ever had on my bike and for the price again you can't beat it. Shop around though and find the best price they're not much more then the stock tires I had that's for sure. And I've learned how to mount and balance them myself saving me about $325 to have the dealer install them. Try them you won't regret it.
