I bought this cleanser because it was half off during Ulta's 21 days of beauty - and because someone here recommended it beforehand. For half off I just had to give this a try. First off I love the flip cap, it's very convenient. The product itself isn't super thick it's kind of a thin consistency. It's also pretty exfoliating, it's not too harsh or abrasive. It removed almost all my makeup with one round of cleansing. It's unscented as well so would work well for sensitive skin. Overall I'm pretty impressed with this cleanser, it was definitely worth the price, even at full price because it's a decent size bottle.

I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! Gentle Exfoliation

This product was gifted by Murad. I have normal/combo skin with occasional breakouts, fine lines and discoloration from past marks. This cleanser makes my skin glow! I love that it has AHA/BHA in it and that it has the tiny micro exfoliant beads. It's a two pronged approach to exfoliation which is just what my skin needs. Since it has chemical exfoliants I like to put it on and rub it in then let it sit like a mask for 5 to 10 minutes to allow those ingredients to work a bit longer on my skin before I was it off. Even when I don't have time for that and I rinse it off right away my skin still looks and feels great. Glowing Gorgeous Skin

I was gifted by Murad Skincare & I am so happy to have found this cleanser! It leaves my skin feeling bright and polished. I enjoy the tiny jojoba beads that really clean out more pores. My skin looks glowing and radiant after using. I also am impressed with how well it removes my long wear makeup. Fabulous cleanser for all. Also bonus that is has both chemical and physical exfoliating elements. I would recommend it to anyone.

Holy grail exfoliating cleanser

I tried this product about a year ago for the first time. Upon first use, I liked it. Gentle manual exfoliation combined with chemical exfoliation seemed like a great combination. My skin reacted well and I noticed smoother, clearer skin as I used it more. I ended up using this as my shower face wash every other morning. I ran out about three months ago but could not justify the high price for replacing a cleanser... however I've seriously missed this! I've noticed more texture and more frequent blemishes, and the only thing in my fairly strict skin care routine that changed was this cleanser replaced by a drugstore similar product. LOVE this stuff, but it isn't **Perfect**

I have been using this stuff for 3-4 years now. I love so much about it, but it isn't the "perfect" cleanser. It doesn't really create soap suds. I more use this as a gentle physical exfoliator, that will clear out pores - I get no blackheads with this stuff* - and my skin will feel clean. But it does not remove makeup that well. I double-cleanse with a balm cleanser to remove makeup and then I will actually mix this Murad with a different acne gel cleanser that has more ingredients to help with breakouts as well as making the suds! So maybe this is technically a "triple-cleanse" routine, but it works. I use the Murad and the other acne cleanser kinda sparingly. This bottle will literally last me 12 months easy. I am a HUUUGE murad customer. Like 95% of skincare is Murad. I can honestly say this is the first product I've gotten of theirs that I am not a fan of. It has some pros that are typical of Murad products such as lack of nasty scents, good packing etc. but there was hardly any lather during a wash. While I understand exfoliants aren't intended to be very soapy products to begin it was about completely nonexistent. I feel like I needed to apply an extremely generous amount to get slight lather. I also did not feel like it gave my facial skin a good cleaning. In my experience with most facial exfoliants after I've rinsed and blotted my face dry or really immediately after rinsing, my face usually feels very soft. Texture and Sebacious Filaments - this is for you!

I've been using this for a week now, which is a bit soon to comment, however, this product workssss. It has helped decrease my texture and reduce my pores, and drastically minimize the look and feel of my sebacious filaments, which I've struggled with.I have sensitive skin, and I find it does not irritate it, however, it does have a very fine grit texture, so if you are sensitive, use *gentle* pressure and "dissolve" it a bit with water in your hands before applying to your face, and you should be ok. this face wash is a staple in my routine

I first tried this product when I got it as a mystery sample a few years ago. I loved it so much I bought the full sized. I use this after I use an oil wash/makeup remover balm. It really helps my skin texture and clears my pores and acne. Sometimes I'll let it sit for a few minutes like a mask before I wash it off. My face feels baby soft after using it.I love that Murad makes no nonsense and no gimmick products. This product doesn't bubble or smell like flowers becyits not necessary for a good clean.
