Most comfortable sneaker . I like how they are wide not so narrow. Fits perfect I'd purchase again. The color is a perfect IT goes with everything. NEW BALANCE has always made sure there sneakers are comfortable durable and worth the money we spend. Keep it up new balance employees!!!! Styles are great to!

This shoe is extremely comfortable. My job requires at least 5 miles per day of walking 5 days a week. The 2020r get the job done. The sole is well constructed and cushioned for maximum comfort. I was so impressed, I purchased both the gray and brown pair. Lastly this shoe is stylish as well. I love the look.

I wanted some thing better for walking. Took a shot with these. Super happy with my choice. Took one walk to break them in. They fit great. If I had to complain, I’d say the laces are one inch too short. If you have bad hands then tying these might be an issue until you buy longer laces

I’ve bought the 2002r new balance shoes a few times now, and honestly. They go hard. So comfy, look great, works with almost any outfit. Fantastic shoe.
I was excited to purchase these for my husband for Christmas. They are very narrow in compared to their regular sneakers. The sleak design is slimmer. Had to return :(
I have to wear 2 sizes of shoes due to a prosthetic I wear on my left foot. Left is size 15 right 12. Nordstrom only charges me for 1 pair. For years every time I bought shoes I paid full price for both pair of shoes. Nordstrom allows me to buy two and because of the injury I only pay for 1 pair. First class - Nordstrom! You are first class!
These shoes are so comfy! I have always worn other athletic shoe brands and was delightfully surprised to feel the support these offer. And they are so stylish too! Definitely my favorite pair of shoes I own.

Wonderful shoe. Just disappointing the width is limited to only standard. Most lifestyles shoes are that way. Not sure why it is limited that way.
Perfect for female feet. It looks very feminine and not too wide. Just perfect. Going to get second pair soon. Very comfortable and lightweight.
