the shoe itself is very cute, my only problem is the fact that the first time i ordered a 9.5 as it didn’t specify mens/womens. Then when I got in a 6 and realized it must be a womens shoe I reordered it and got an 11.5 expecting to get a 9.5. Imagine my surprise when I actually get in a mens 8 and no where on the tag is an 11.5 size (what i ordered)…. so i will be returning AGAIN and checking another website to buy the same shoe.

I purchased these as a Christmas present. No where on the Asos listing did they specify the shoes are women’s sizes. The photo also looks very misleading as it is far more nude in real life rather than bright off white as advertised. Great shoe but not if you are after a men’s shoe or something white..

Love these shoes. I have quite narrow feet and these shoes actually fit me really well. I’m used to having to tighten shoes so much that they warp at the bottom but with these I don’t have that problem. They are definitely true to size. And have comfortable support inside that my old Nike airforces lack. So happy I bought these instead of new Nike shoes

Excellent sneaker. I love everything about it. However I had to return and reorder because Asos didn't list or describe this is a women's sneaker. Additionally Asos PLEASE STOP shipping sneakers in a plastic bag. YOU ARE NOT PROTECTING THE PRODUCT. Pics of the box these shoes came in are attached.
I ordered a women’s size 9 thinking that’s the size I would get because everyone is ordering them thinking it’s men sizing, well I got them in a women’s size 7! The customer service chat wasn’t helpful and couldn’t answer my question when I asked them what size I should order. So I ordered 2 more sizes hopefully one of them is correct. If not I will just give up!
I purchased online and picked up in store. Love the returns policy in the case they weren't the right fit. They came straight home with me. I love them, the fit, the pop of colour and the style. They are very comfortable and I have worn them daily since purchasing them
Needed a new classic shoe that would match with everything. They’re so comfy once you break them in. They’re a sundae narrow and very stiff at first but after 1 day of wear they fit really well. Honestly I went a half size up after reading the reviews, but after breaking them in I don’t think I needed to as they’re a little bit loose now and I have to tighten the laces to keep them from slipping. Overall a great purchase and would definitely buy another pair!
I love these shoes so much and got compliments on them the first time I wore them! Overall they’re really comfortable, but I wish I would’ve sized up one size. They originally felt fine when trying on, so I didn’t in fear of them being too clunky. But now after wearing them a few times I wish I did. They’re not too small to wear, just would’ve been a little more comfy if I did. I usually wear a 7.5 and should’ve gotten an 8.
Comfiest sneakers I own. Perfect neutral color. Can dress them up/down. I can walk in them all day. They are slightly big but not a big deal thick socks can fix that. I got my true size 6 but I truly believe a 5.5 might fight perfect. Highly recommend specially for the colder weather.

I've owned a couple of different colorways of 550s (the BB550HL1, the BB550WA1, and the BB550A3); and while those are also true-to-size and really well-fitting, this pair feels even more snug and secure.
