I too have experienced this shoe fall apart after a couple of months. This is terrible I don't know where it was made but his other new balances he has grown out of are in good condition after a couple years, they are just to small. Do not purchase! This is obviously poorly made and cost too much for that. Seeing the other reviews are the same!

The 574s are a reliable design, and I even bought two different styles in this line because I like it so much. For several decades now I've only been wearing shoes from New Balance (some of that simply because they're the only brand making things in my size) but boy do these sneakers last. These are comfy to wear all day, This pair is the "old man" style as opposed to the more colorful 574s Ialso bought at the same time.

I have bought tons of New Balance sneakers for my kids and am generally happy with them. These shoes, worn by my 10yo son, have completely fallen apart within about three months! And he only wears them for school! He has other sneakers for the rest of the time. I am so disappointed and am hoping it's just a fluke. We definitely can't afford to drop this much money on shoes that need to be replaced after a few months. They look nice but it doesn't last.
I bought these for my 8 year old, 3rd grader. They are his second pair of New Balance tennis shoes. They look so sleek and nice with jeans and athletic wear. They are indestructible!
I always made fun of these shoes. However, I needed new work shoes so I purchased these. After a few days of wearing these I'm obsessed. I now wear them out of time. 10/10 recommend!!! Absolutely love!
As I've started to get back into shape, I realized the sneakers I've been using aren't cutting it. I've had NB in the past and thought get the 574's in kids size. Glad I did. Made a big difference.
So..My OCD ish son loves these particular sneakers. I have purchased at least 4 pair over time. He alternates them with other sneakers so they are not worn everyday. They have fallen apart in a month.
These have become my daily shoes, I'm a dental assistant so I'm constantly on my feet and these are so comfy and light. I paso love how I can dress them up or down. They pair up perfectly with anything!
Due to me having wide feet I decided to try the wide width but I usually buy the regular width sneaker. I don't like the way the wide sneaker bends after me only wearing them one time. They look like I had them for months and that is not the case. I will stick to buying the regular width instead.
