These are very light shoes. They look and feel, I disdainfully noted the first time putting them on, like a light duty shoe that might tear apart from being strapped on too aggressively, but they are not. I regularly punish my shoes at work by being on my feet all day long. This is one of the most comfortable shoes that I've ever owned. They breath well and look nice too. They are made of an airy fabric, so they are susceptible to getting soaked in the rain. I would buy them again..

This is my 4th pair of Fresh Foam Arishis across multiple 'versions'. I've always loved their style, fit and affordability. Was excited to pick up the v4s on sale for Presidents day. Was VERY DISAPPOINTED to discover, when lacing up, the angel hair pasta shoelaces NB is shipping with these; minus 1 star. I'm not kidding, when tugged on to tighten a loop the lace gets so thin it almost cuts skin as it narrows into a cotton piano wire. Ended up dropping $10 on a decent pair of aftermarket laces that do NOT match the beautiful indigo blue dental floss that shipped. I'm still going to buy NB shoes because of their consistently good build quality and enduring value, but c'mon don't skimp on the laces. Shipping was so fast! I received my item the next day. These shoes are a bit more expensive on here than other places but worth it for the quick delivery and such a great shoe for my little one who has very narrow feet. I absolutely love the rainbow colours, and the grey upper is great compared to being white, much easier to keep clean, such a beautiful shoe! Definitely recommend!

I bought these shoes recently and they've proven to be quite comfortable for the price point. They also breathe quite well, which helps in warm climates. They're not the most luxurious or velvety or whatever (which is why they get a 4 and not a 5), but you should know what you're going into buying any shoe that's at a reasonable price. It's nice that they come in a variety of sizes too, since shoe shopping is difficult for me (14 4E).It's a good simple shoe that breathes well, and sometimes that's all you need!
Ok so I’m a woman but I wanted an all white running shoe. Throwback for sure but it’s a classic look that I like, and NOT because it’s a dad sneaker. Back in the 80’s and 90’s you could find them everywhere but not these days. I did cut the top of the tongues off because I like that look more. I don’t really “get” the whole huge tongue thing. Very cushy shoe but I went up an additional half size from the men’s to women’s conversion, and it is still snug (not tight). Great sneaker for the money.
These shoes are light and comfortable. I need a wide toe box, and between the extra wide size and the very flexible material, these are super comfortable. I've got Morton's Neuropathy (nerve in my left foot that hurt) and these plus my orthotic inserts = no pain. Only downside is no "protective" layer around the toe, so I'm getting the material on either side rather dirty. Darker color of rme next time!
I've been buying New Balance shoes for well over 20 years because they're well-made and comfortable shoes. I had previously bought the Fresh Foam Arishi V3, which I absolutely love. After 7 months of wearing them, I decided I wanted to buy another pair before they were discontinued. I was too late, the V3 had been discontinued. I contacted customer service and they pointed me to the V4, which looked to be almost identical, so I bought them. They're just as nice as the V3. The only thing I don't like are the insoles they come with, but that's because I have high arches.
These shoes provide decent support though the quality is a bit lacking. The tongue feels kind of cheap as it has sort of this thin, satin-like material it’s made of. The biggest complaint I have is that the toes on both shoes have these permanent dents in them. It came about from my toes bending while doing planks and the shoes didn’t bounce back to its original shape. Now I can always feel the dented part touching my toes.
Ready to walk a mile right out of the box - impressive! They are true to size and look nice. I've been slipping them on to walk my dog every day for the past week and no damage to sides or back so far. The tread is good and I hope it will last because of the unique design! No real arch support, as is the usual for kids' shoes, but I typically wear skate shoes so didn't bother me. Could probably throw an insert in if needed. I like that the laces are a reasonable length too.
I usually take a women's size 10 but they did not have this style of shoe in blue. As I own other women's colors, I thought I would try a men's and these are great. They are very light weight and the material stretches as you walk, The laces are extra long; almost too long. I like that when I stand in these my heel feels a tiny bit lower than the rest of my foot, thus spreading my weight evenly (not towards the toes). I am very happy with my purchase.
