We ordered a youth 4 wide for my son in 4th grade. These cleats are not wide at all. Had to return.
Seems like a decent shoe. We bought it bc my son has trouble finding shoes that fit his wide, flat feet. Unfortunately, the sizing is really off and it runs prob at least 1 size larger than standard so we had to return. Materials were average.
Compared to other Youth brands, we found these New Balance cleats to run much longer than standard Y6 and Y5.5. In fact, I had ordered the Y6 on rush shipping only to return and order smaller size (Y5.5 which my son is now outgrowing) which were also a full thumb width too long. I paid for rush shipping twice only to return both pairs since their sizing is not standard. I wish NB carried cleats in local stores so kids could try them on. They seem like great cleats but I'm not going to order a 3rd / 4th pair guessing when we need them now.
Great shoe. Wide width, so they actually fit my son's feet. He says they are very comfortable with one small exception. The rear side if the shoe is a little tall, which pushes on my son's ACL when he points his foot to 'laces kick'.
Boots were a good fit and true to size, comfortable fit
