I LOVE my 550 shoes. They’re stylish, comfy, and go with such a variety of outfits. My ONE complaint is that the left shoe creases painfully for the first 15 mins of wear. I’ve tried stretching the material or adjusting my foot position, but the pain persists. I’m hoping with a bit more wear it might resolve itself. I did find other reviews with similar feedback. Keeping my fingers crossed it just needs breaking in because other than that I LOVE these shoes!

Shoes look great. Left shoe is constructed weird and puts a lot of pressure right below the big toe on the top of the foot. I’ve tried everything to loosen it up, to no avail. Based on reviews on other platforms it seems to be a relatively uniform problem. Really frustrating for the price for the shoes.

I really love the style and the quality of the 550s. However the strap part that comes across the top of the shoe in the front is a hard canvas material that digs into your feet. To the pint that you can barely band your feet when you walk or it hurts. I had to lose the laces so much so it wasn’t as bad but it’s still difficult to walk normally in them. Which is disappointing bc i really live the look and other than that they are super comfy.

I ordered these shoes for my daughter as a Christmas gift. When I opened them I noticed a mark on the side of the shoe and when I took it out and flipped the shoe over, there was dirt marks all on the bottom of the shoes!! They sent me used, dirty shoes!! I ordered new sneakers not used! And then I had to return them and try to re order but nope I can't because it's sold out now. Thank god I was able to find them at a different place and hopefully it will come in time. But this was just ridiculous and I can't believe they send dirty shoes out to people!
These shoes are very spacious in the toes, perfect for walking on campus. When I first received them I hadn't realized that the letters were cracked, but that is indeed the design as well as the shaggy heel. I think they're cute regardless. I ordered the size I usually wear, size 6, and they fit perfectly.
They are so cute and I love them. They were a little stiff at first, but after a few wears I started to break them in and they were much more comfortable. These are more narrow than some other styles, so I probably didn't have to go down half a size, but they do break in and stretch a little after wearing, so it didn't make much of a difference. I also like how they don't crease in the front because of the style there.
My teen daughter loves these shoes snd says they are super comfy for wearing all day at school. I’m personally not a fan of the shoe because it is so heavy and stiff. They look just like my grandfathers shoes from the 1980’s so I was shocked when she said she wanted them. Fads are weird.
These shoes are super cute and I was super excited to receive them but when I tried them on, they turned out to be a bit uncomfortable. My feet are on the wider side and so they fit a bit tight but I didn't want to size up because I didn't want the extra space by my toes. I thought I could wear them in like my other sneakers but I'm having a bit of a tough time breaking them because of how they're constructed. Hopefully I will eventually be able to wear them without the throbbing pain.
I think they are a little bigger than standard size, would size down a half-size, but overall super comfortable and cute. I have had them for a month and have gotten a dozen compliments! I walk about 3 miles to and from school a day, and have not had any foot of knee pain while wearing them. Would suggest!
I LOVE these shoes, they are my favorite daily shoes for any cute outfit. They are the best color ever too. I have gotten so many compliments on them and have had multiple people ask me where I got them and I get to tell them theyre from New Balance. These are my third pair of NB's and I am hooked. I also had my shoe guru boyfriend do the laces in a fancy way so they look "cooler" according to him (I hate to admit that he's right about them looking better). Please buy the 550's and you wont regret it.
