The box was really ripped up when I got these. The shoes were fine, but still, they were a gift so the box mattered. These were wildly expensive for a New Balance product. I'm silly to pay that but my niece really wanted them.

I know for some it’s not something that bothers them, but when receiving these trainers, they came in a plain brown box which was is terrible condition. I’m a sort of ‘collector’ of trainers and love to keep boxes but this i won’t be. Not sure if it was a replacement box but i know New balance 550’s don’t normally come this type of box.

Needed a new classic shoe that would match with everything. They’re so comfy once you break them in. They’re a sundae narrow and very stiff at first but after 1 day of wear they fit really well. Honestly I went a half size up after reading the reviews, but after breaking them in I don’t think I needed to as they’re a little bit loose now and I have to tighten the laces to keep them from slipping. Overall a great purchase and would definitely buy another pair!
Purchased a month ago, I like them but they definitely run small. I wear a size 10 in women and i feel like they have a narrow fit and run small. If you want to purchase, I would suggest going to a store and trying on a pair, even if it’s not the ones you particularly want just to see how they would fit.
Comfiest sneakers I own. Perfect neutral color. Can dress them up/down. I can walk in them all day. They are slightly big but not a big deal thick socks can fix that. I got my true size 6 but I truly believe a 5.5 might fight perfect. Highly recommend specially for the colder weather.
I really can't believe how much I love the New Balance 550 sneakers, even though I've been wearing them for about a year. I find they have endless support, as well as looking so sleek and modern. I don't think any of my other New Balance sneakers lasted as long as the 550's do. It changed your whole day if your feet are happy, right?
I bought from this listing 2x and both time I was sent different shoes than what was pictured. I’m beginning to think asos just has a picture of the wrong shoes listed. Both times I ordered I got the salt/ivory/green sneakers not the green and white that is shown
I’m normally a 6.5 and listened to the other reviews and sized up to a 7. Upon getting the size 7s, I found that they were too big and returned them and ordered a 6.5 instead, which fit perfectly. Super cute sneakers & highly recommend.
I was so excited to get these shoes in gray and white. But sadly they run almost a full size small and narrow. The size I need is of course not in stock. For reference, I’m usually a 6.5.Sending these back. 🥺
