Let's just start with the fact I am not a runner.... at all! I do however walk a lot. I just purchased them at the beginning of January 2023. So far so good. I've been wearing Nike for over 35 years. No matter what pair or style of Nike I buy, they always fit perfectly, including the 270's. I bought 3 pair this year. Different colors. Very comfortable and light. I have OCD.... who doesn't in some magnitude, so I only wear them when it is sunny and dry out. I live in the Northeast, so picking the right day is hard. It's either raining or snowing. Anyway, back to the sneakers. In a nutshell, I love them so far. This review is for all 3 pairs, as they are exactly the same, just different colors like I said. I got them on sale, which was a bonus.

Now for starters, Finish Line gets five stars for its service. But Nike does have to explain weird shoe design. If you want to get this shoe keep two things in mind, get it a size larger and don't bother if you have wider feet. Getting them on is the trick. For some strange reason the middle, I call it flap, is stitched to the rest of the shoe with not the greatest stretch to get the shoe on your feet. That is where the extra size comes in to help maneuver your feet in the shoe. Once you manage to get them on they fit amazing and walk comfortable.

Use to wear these some years ago and switched to HOKA’s because of the comfort offer. However, HOKA’s toe box is very large and foot would slip from side-to-side. Thought I would try these again. Glad I did. I like the snug feel it provides and the comfort level is acceptable for what I was looking for. Being older and with back issues, I alternate between these and the HOKA’s. My only issue is, my feet swell after a period of time and the Nike’s do not allow for the expansion. However, Love these shoe and definitely would recommend them. Be safe.

The Nike Air Max 270's really are the top dog when it comes to comfort and style. They really breath with a almost gor-tex air passthrough. They fix more like a sock ( I would recommend getting half to a full size above your normal shoe size. ) so I've never had to actually tie them. They are a real snug fit once you get them on and have the same satisfying feeling when you find the right key to a lock. The style and design is something I expect from Nike brand. Sleek almost futuristic and the lovely neon blue accents. The Black White and Blue colour pallet really complement each other and as with all Nike products, exceptional quality. There isn't a day where I wear them and get complemented "I love your trainers."I've set the sizing to too small but I do have ... MoreThe Nike Air Max 270's really are the top dog when it comes to comfort and style. I bought the all white pair last week. It arrived this week and the bottoms were WORN! Someone didn't just try them on. They were freaking worn. So I hurried up and ordered another pair that arrived yesterday....... something is wrong with the coloring. They are supposed to be all white. white/silver or whatever. Well the one part of the shoe has a VERY VERY light green shade. But it's noticeable. I wanted white/white. This is crazy. I am going to return both pairs tonight and hope the 3rd pair shows up before Saturday (when I need them) and that they aren't worn or discolored. VERY disappointed.
It’s a nice shoe i heard a bunch of great things so I wanted to try for myself. (Continue reading)Firstly I got my regular size which is and 8w these shoes were so tight I had to return them, I do have wide feet but these were so hard to get on I felt my circulation in my feet starting to stickle (go numb) so I called and I had to go up a whole size to 9W. Nike used to be great when I was growing up, now it’s gotten cheap and the shoes aren’t even sized accordingly. I used to be 1 shoe size in every brand. Now you’re 3 different sizes in different shoes of the same brand. RIDICULOUS. The shoe is garbage I paid 160$ for them. Not even worth it. Should’ve gotten something more comfortable. Just sucks finding the right shoe. I wore them for 8 hours cause I was at ... MoreIt’s a nice shoe i heard a bunch of great things so I wanted to try for myself. I purchased these online last month and upon receiving them, I noticed a piece of plastic molded onto the back that stuck out quite a bit, like it was manufactured like that. That was a little disappointing, as I was hoping for a quality product and I am used to Nike being pretty consistent with quality. DSG packaged the product very nicely for its delivery to me, the box was intact, etc.! The sneakers are super cute but unfortunately they are very uncomfortable to walk in. I wasn't sure if they were too big or too small– they crushed my toes on the top of my foot, but my toes were sliding forward when I was walking. It caused very painful pressure on the front of my foot and made me walk weird, even when I walked only a few steps in them after trying them on. It caused very painful pressure on the front of my foot and made me walk weird, even when I walked only a few steps in them after trying them on. I don't have a high in-step or flat foot or anything that would make it fit weird. This is the second time I have tried these shoes, as I ordered the same pair last year from DSG and they were also uncomfortable so I had to return. I thought maybe this time would be different, and that it was a coincidence I received a bad pair last time... But that doesn't seem to be the case. I had to return again because they just weren't up to standard. I can't seem to justify paying that much for shoes and them not being comfortable AT ALL. Maybe others have had a different experience, and I happy for those people! They are so stylish I wish I could wear them but they don't work for me :(
I have bought 3-4 pair of these and do not recommend them. First pair were ok and he described them as comfortable so my husband wanted a second pair. Because of the color we bought they got dirty quickly so its hard to say how long first pair would have held up. Second pair didn't last more than probably 3 months before air bubble area popped on one shoe. At that point we were 50% on these shoes that are 150.00 a pair. My middle school kid begged for a pair to start this school year. It's only November and there is a hole in the top of the shoe around where the big toe would be. The fabric is ripping away from where the fabric meets the sole of the shoe. Guys....these are 150.00 shoes. They should last longer than 3 months with normal use. And you guessed it...they are out of the return date for Dick's to have to take back and I contacted Nike and guess what.....they claim there is nothing they can do for me. So, I got 3 months out of a 150.00 shoe when normally my kids school shoes last the entire school year, unless their foot grows. How convenient for a shoe to make it out of the warranty stage but not much longer. Very disappointed in Nike quality compared to price and the struggle to make them accountable for their product. You can find a much cheaper shoe that will hold up that long. Do not recommend. However, if you need to hear something positive, both my husband and son said these shoes were comfortable on their feet.
I bought these shoes about 2 weeks ago and oh my word… they’re amazing! The style and the cushion in the heel are definitely my two favorite elements. I only have a couple issues… 172 dollars is A LOT for a pair of Nikes, however, they are considered luxury and I also think that it was worth it. I’d own them in every color if I could! I also feel like they run small. Not by a ridiculous amount, but I wear a 7, and had to size up to an 8. So when ordering online, keep that in mind! I also feel like the sole of the shoe is a little small for the actual shoe itself. It might get better, but off the bat and a couple weeks of day to day wear, I find that it’s still an ongoing issue. It might get better, but off the bat and a couple weeks of day to day wear, I find that it’s still an ongoing issue. I have an issue with my knees and feet where my arches are really high, but my feet and knees aren’t completely aligned so they roll inward. The outside part of the sole is a little high and almost makes it worse. This condition is incredibly common and as a dancer, it’s something I’ve been working on for as long as I’ve known about it. Better arch support is something I’m always looking for! If that’s one of your concerns, just keep that in mind.Overall, I think these shoes are definitely the most stylish Nike shoe and they’re super comfy. My issues are minor, but I wanted to put that out there for those who also struggle!
Dear shoe enthusiasts and concerned parents:I must share my recent disappointment with a particular pair of shoes. These shoes, unfortunately, fall short of the esteemed Nike quality we expect. They required me to pay for shipping to their facility (not at Nike store or Dicks store where I purchased) but based on reviews, most claims have been denied as "normal wear and tear." This pattern raises doubts about the value of investing more time and energy.I implore you, dear reader, to heed this cautionary tale before purchasing these shoes. Spare yourself the potential hassle and disappointment.
