love these workout shoes. they fit great and comfortable. they have great support and grip on the bottom. very light and flexible. and love the colour. they are mainly for workout training shoes, so if you are an avid runner not sure if these shoes, you probably will get most for your money with actual running shoes. totally recommended for your workout training needs.

I typically wear a size 8 in most tennis shoes but have worn a size 7.5 in most other Nike shoes I have owned. However, I did find this shoe to be true to size as the size 8 fit perfectly. My favorite part was actually that the shoe does not have a tongue. Not having to worry about the tongue moving around, or the laces getting snagged or stuck underneath (the tongue) was definitely much more convenient than I anticipated! I can say with certainty that I would not change anything about this shoe. The Nike Free Metcon4 shoe is an A+ shoe and one that I would recommend to anyone looking for a well-designed and supportive shoe, whether for work or play!

I walk 4 miles every day and it's important that the shoes I wear are comfortable and supportive. These fit the bill. They are a little taller at the ankle so they are supportive in that area. They are a firmer shoe and don't have the "bounce" that runners need, so there are better choices by Nike for that. They also don't have a ton of arch support but it's definitely sufficient for the "neutral" wearer. Probably the thing I like best is how nice they look âşď¸ Though that's not an important feature, it is to me. I like these so much, I probably will be ordering a second pair! They are better than their predecessors - I had to return those a year or so ago - weren't nearly as comfortable!
As soon as I tried the shoe on, it felt soooo good. They are the most comfortable shoes I ever worn. At first I was scared that I wouldnât be able to fit them as I have wide feet and I saw that they run small. I took a chance and got a 9.5 which is my usual wear and it fit like a glove. The snug fit is perfect for me and some shoes make my feet look like they are wide and goes over the sole but this shoe doesnât. It made me feet look like they are small. I will most definitely buy more of these shoes as shoes this comfortable for wide feet are hard to come by.

I love these! Purchased specifically for the gym, perfect for squats, deadlifts, etc. and gives me the stability Iâm looking for, especially on those heavy lift days. Have also gotten tons of compliments, these shoes are not only super cute, but also extremely functional and comfortable! I did go half a size up since many reviews recommended, and I do appreciate the extra room. But, I also feel like I wouldâve been fine with my regular size, as theyâre pretty roomy on the width and toe box. Theyâre even comfortable enough for a jog on the treadmill after weight training, and my feet stay happy (even though I absolutely HATE cardio)! These are probably the absolute best gym shoes Iâve owned. Loved them so much, I went and purchased a second pair!
Very comfortable training shoes đ. I practice HIIT , cardio, lunges, squats,etc every morning and they are absolutely comfortable. They feel very light. They are exactly what I was looking for. Their sole is perfect for training on the ground. Also, my feet feel much more secure when I'm jumping or doing lunges. The colors and design are great đđ I really recommend them. I am size 8 but I ordered 8.5 and they fit perfect. Not tight but I recommend to get a half size bigger for training purposes I can say: I love them!
