I have really high arches from 15 years of ballet and sometimes struggle with finding a shoe that doesnāt press down uncomfortably on the top of my foot while still providing enough instep cushioning and ankle support . The heel bracing is *fantastic* and the Metcon 4 is one of the only shoes I have worn for 9+ hours from workout straight to picking up kids and running errands without wishing I could take my shoes off. Wow. I lift heavy in the gym. Not a power lifter, but HEAVY. These shoes are amazing. Comfortable, flat bottom, but light weight and flexible! They arenāt that hard to get on like everyone is saying. Just put your finger in the back of the shoe and slip on, like Vans? Normally a 6.5, got a 7 and they fit perfect. I wear thin, no show socks with these. I want them in EVERY color!

Theyāre very form fitting, which felt very supportive. They were comfortable to wear but not too squishy. The tongue is part of the rest of the shoe, not separate, and weirdly that took getting used to. But itās better that way - there wasnāt any extra pressure from that part of the shoe like Iāve found on my other sneakers. I am not a huge fan of the bright white shoe personally, but I liked the pops of orange and teal that stood out! These shoes felt very sporty which is great for working out! The fit is completely perfect on me and the feel is the most comfortable shoe Iāve ever put on!The design of the shoe is beautiful! I love that they have so much detail, the color story flows nicely and looks great with anything.The shoes wore comfortably all day long without any irritation which is so nice for me!The shoe all-around is perfect, I would just say to be really careful when youāre wearing them so you donāt get them dirty. Iām not exactly sure how well they clean up.
At first I thought these shoes felt a bit small and narrow in the sole, but they are great for training workouts/agility work. They stay put and feel like they are hugging your feet and are very comfortable. However, I could see them being uncomfortable if you have wider feet. These shoes feel stable and secure on all areas of the foot without having to rely on adjusting the laces. They are now my go-to workout shoes. My only qualm is, I wish they had a pull tab on the heel to help get them on quicker/easier. I have the white shoes with green and lilac. The lilac is extremely subtle.
I am using the Free Metcon 4 shoes for walking and exercising and they are a welcome addition. I needed breathable, cushioned tennis shoes and these exceeded my expectations for comfort. They fit just right with thicker socks. I was able to comfortably wear them for an extended amount of time and did not feel fatigue in my feet at all. The design is also appealing and stylish for workouts. I would definitely get another pair in a darker color.
I am a speed walk of 6 and am always on the go. I walk the kids to and from school plus I speed walk daily on my treadmill. I usually walk about 7 miles per day. I need comfortable shoes yet I want to look stylish. These definitely fit the bill. My teens donāt think I look like an old mom and my feet donāt scream at the end of the day.After one walk they were broken in and super comfortable. They are a lightweight shoe yet extra cushiony. The only drawback is that they donāt have a real tongue so if you have a wide foot you could struggle getting these on. Very comfortable training shoes š. I practice HIIT , cardio, lunges, squats,etc every morning and they are absolutely comfortable. They feel very light. They are exactly what I was looking for. Their sole is perfect for training on the ground. Also, my feet feel much more secure when I'm jumping or doing lunges. The colors and design are great šš I really recommend them. I am size 8 but I ordered 8.5 and they fit perfect. Not tight but I recommend to get a half size bigger for training purposes I can say: I love them!
For meā¦this isnāt the right sneaker. The color is great, but they are way too hard to put on, there isnāt a loop to grab on back to help. And once I did get on, they fit too tight in toe area. It ās a shame I really like them, but if I have to struggle to put on, then they are not the sneaker for me. I will return, and try a different Nike sneaker.
