Pure ingredients with superb DHA content which makes it the BEST omega-3 supplement, anti inflammation properties, hence would also help to lower bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol! Good for heart health. Helped make my hair shiny and vibrant too. Would benefit brain development and health highly. No fish taste. Suitable for wide age range.

It’s a good vegan DHA supplement from a trustworthy company. Would have been much better if it also contained a little bit of EPA as the entire body needs whole omegas plus it has an anti inflammatory effect and it’s only the brain that benefits from the DHA supplementation. Nonetheless, I continue ordering it as getting a high quality DHA from food for a vegetarian like me is almost impossible whereas EPA is easier getting while being on a purely vegetarian diet.

Take 1 soft gel everyday for maintenance, take 2 capsules if not feeling well. It does make me feel better. It’s my essential daily supplement now. Prefer vegan omega 3
