Nice product that I decided to reach to since my work is quite mind and thought intensive and I found myself forgetting lots of stuff recently (even some things slip off my mind the second I thought about it, giving me no chance to write it down lol). NOW Foods is a synonym for quality for me! Combined with few other supplements I find it great and definitely improves my memory and concentration. The package is ok, although I'd go for the bigger one as already done previously, but nevertheless it is enough for 50 days. Would be interested to try it in the winter months and see whether blood circulation and cold hands will be better as well. Nice supplement for your brain and cognitive function!

I am in perimenopause and have noticed problems with my memory - forgetting things and not being able to concentrate. After a course of this supplement, I have noticed significant improvement. It is definitely working for me. I am not taking it on an empty stomach but after breakfast. Very good quality supplement. I will purchase it again. Capsules are not large and easy to swallow.
Ginkgo does indeed help an old brain get more of what it needs to function better. I was using the liquid tincture for my dog who had canine cognitive disorder (doggy dementia) along with Hawthorn berry and ginseng. My old puppy was back to normal in two short weeks! I wasn’t expecting that improvement so soon.I’m 70 and was experiencing mental fogginess myself after i lost him, and so I tried what I gave my companion since it obviously worked. It did work for me as well, but tinctures weren’t standardized as this product is, so I have switched. So far, even better! Having a clear mind matters a lot to me. NOW is a great company !
