Both of us getting on in years and have now taken these tablets for several months. Making it a bit easier to get around and reducing stiffness
I have advanced arthritis on my hip and since I started taking this product I have seen significant improvement and much reduced pain.
I have a conservative digestive system that doesnt always like changes so it is with some hesitancy that I introduce something new to the daily regime. I would have to say that this product has settled in well and i do sense positive effects. I know that it will take three months to really start to show the full benefit but Im very hopeful so far.
