I bought these for impending and inevitable hangovers. I admittedly haven't gotten to try them out for that just yet, but I did try one of each flavor just to see how they tasted. Honestly they aren't bad! I expected a more medicinal or chalky flavor, but no, these seemed to be tolerable. It's not something I'd ever drink just to enjoy, but the flavor is mild and almost pleasant enough to not make you feel like drinking it is a punishment or a preparation for a punishment. It doesn't feel or taste like medicine, so you don't have to psyche yourself up to drink it or force it down. Hopefully they help me avoid some headaches.

Nuun has changed my life! Im on a medication for a medical condition that has no substitute and can cause severe fluid imbalances and low sodium levels. As a runner, hydration is critical. Nuun allows me to properly hydrate before runs without the anxiety and fear that I might have a hyponatremic episode while running. Nuun also means that I can still have some fluids on days that I do have hyponatremic episodes (after taking salt tablets and giving them time to kick in.). Gone are the days that I had to go 10-12 hours without fluids because of a hyponatremic episode. The fact that nuun only has 1g of sugar is even more of a plus. I absolutely love this stuff! It has seriously changed my life.

Someone who is sensitive to caffeine and has a hard time handling energy drinks might like these tablets. They are easier on the stomach and don't give me the jitters and heart palpitations than the energy drinks do. I don't know if someone who is used to constant energy drinks would notice these as much, because it is a low dose comparatively. But they work well for me and they don't taste too bad either. I do wish they dissolved faster, though. I drink them like shots, because I like a more concentrated flavor. So I'll do about 10oz of water and let the tablet dissolve and then knock the whole thing back. When I wake up it's a nice boost and I recommend trying these.

I like these, my kids like these. We've been using them since summer mostly during soccer tournaments and games. The taste is great and I love the natural ingredients no real sugar (Stevia and monk fruit as sweeteners). I guess they take a little long to dissolve - like 5-7 minutes - but that isn't an issue for me. Never had a problem with them dissolving completely, but I throw them in my kids Hydro Flasks before soccer so they probably do get shaken up. I usually stir them after they dissolve if I am drinking them in a glass. No complaints and everyone seems well hydrated.
Usually when I take an electrolyte, I feel a bit better. Due to the number of reviews that put Nuun at the top of their list, I thought I would give this a try. It may be too early to tell, but I do not feel a difference like I do with another product. Also, the taste is not that great. I was expecting more. Maybe too much hype with the rave reviews set my expectations too high....
Since I’ve switched to Nuun as my main electrolyte source, I have basically eliminated cramps. Would get them bad in my calves; now it happens very rarely. It will be hard for me to switch from Nuun to another product. Highly recommend!!
I like brining nuun tablets with me on long training rides where I’m refilling my bottles, but don’t have access to a gas station or somewhere that I can get a sports drink mix. It’s super easy to drop a tab. Theyre also only electrolyte (no sugar), so I like to regularly use nuun as a recovery drink as well.
I've tried several of the flavors. They mix well after a few minutes. Great tasting. I'll sip on this during longer runs or drink througout the day. A staple in my sport nutrition.
