I bought these shoes 6 months ago. At first they started out great. Reasonably comfortable shoe I would want to wear most days.Quickly into the cons. If the rubber of the sole got any water on it, there would be a near unbearable squeak to them. Now the Big downside. The heal rubber has completely come off the shoe on both shoes. They are basically unusable now.Overall despite their comfort, I completely regret buying these shoes based on the lack of longevity/quality in the construction.

This is my first, and last experience with this shoe company. The shoe is comfortable but it ends there. It squeaks to the point it is embarrassing. Think a dogs squeaky toy, loud and annoying. Customer service from both Dicks and On is absurd. On doesn't tell you their shoes squeak, but they know about it. They say it will diminish but that is disingenuous. Don't expect any support from Dicks because they wont exchange shoes that you have worn. It leaves one wondering how do you discover a problem with a shoe unless you wear it? Customer service is a sadly a thing of the past. Complete fail for both On and Dicks.

Nice fit, although waterproof still very light and comfortable. Slips on easily. Toe box could be narrower but cloud keeps them quite wide. Narrow feet should look to other brands. As an old customer I could say that Cloud has gone a long way in improving its design and technology. Still $169 plus tax isn't cheap and there is alot of competition from notable brands offering extremely well shoes at lower prices. Still its a matter of preference, I have a pair that I have been wearing for the last five years. Still in good condition. Happy with the purchase.

My husband loves these shoes. He is a full-time food delivery driver and needed waterproof shoes that were both comfortable to wear all day, yet good for rainy weather conditions for various terrain (sidewalk pavement, slippery lawn pavers, grass, dirt/mud, asphalt, etc.). He says the grip is great and they are comfortable. His shoe size is 9.5 Wide, and after trying on both the 9.5 and the 10, chose the 10 for maximum comfort. He says these shoes are very similar to the Cloud 5 non-waterproof shoes (which he also loves), with the only difference being the fabric on the exterior of the shoe. Because of this, the fit is a little less flexible than the Cloud 5 non-waterproof shoe, which is why he went with the 10.
First I had to wait for about 7 days before I was able to pick up the item, then drive over 20mins to Nordstrom rack when there is a Nordstrom right around the corner from me. ok I can get pass that, what I can not get pass is that I was charged 180$ for these shoes that Nordstrom claimed to be new and it is sure not. You can see creases all over the sneakers. Like someone tried it for a few days and then return the shoes. In the images you can clearly see those creases. the Shoes looks clean at least but not worth 180$. I wish ON had the color I needed on there website but they did not. So disappointed at Nordstrom. If new I would give it about 4 stars.
I got these last Christmas as a gift. I wore them for three months and started to hear the back of my heel squeaking whenever it rained. I then started to feel my feet getting wet. Upon inspection the heel of the outer sole of both shoes were falling apart from the uppers. I contacted customer service and since I did not have the sales receipt I could not return them! My wife bought these as a Christmas present two months prior to the holiday! Who knows where the receipt is, the point is that you pay a lot of money for these shoes and they fall apart months after you start wearing them! Then you have zero support from customer service!! I even sent photos of them like this and customer service never responded!! If I could give minus "Stars" I would. Ridiculous...

The shoes aren't too bad, but I don't get to have the pleasure of wearing them... Due to scar tissue and related nerve issues, I can't wear these as they do rub against the Achilles tendon. My daughter, however... She adores her new shoes, courtesy of mom's discomfort. I did order in men's sizes, they fit our in-between width better. For the short period I was able to wear this pair, they were very comfortable. My daughter has yet to take them off.Shipping was fast. Too be honest, I am more accustomed to big box delivery and their delays...Once I find a pair that appears to have a lower back to accommodate my issues, I will absolutely order another pair from this store, and quite likely other things as well!
I've seen many a coworker, nurse, med-tech, etc wearing these ON shoes. I've asked many of them for opinions and did not receive one negative reply. Still the price made me hesitate.I visited some long-time friends last month and was surprised to see both of them wearing ON shoes for their morning walk. I guess that was the tipping point for me. Went to the local Dick's a couple of hours later and after waiting longer than expected for service, I was able to try on several different models from the ON shoe line. I ended up walking out with the Cloud 5. Now after wearing them almost daily for the past month, the hip pain I had been experiencing is nothing more than an afterthought. Don't be like me, don't wait.
I had these shoes for four months, the soles wore out and starting to rip in only four months. The last pair of shoes I had for years before I bought these. I thought I would treat my self and get a more expensive pair of shoes. I ended up paying twice as much and getting a quarter of the value. If that wasn't upsetting enough l tried returning them and they said it was normal wear and tear and would not let me return them. Keep in mind my last pair lasted years under the same use. Im not only giving the shoes two stars but also REI's return polices. They advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee. I was not satisfied with this product and now im not satisfied with REI.
