I can't stop looking at these new trainers as they are so appealing. The colour is described as UNDYED which is offputting and misleading as they are actually a nice fresh white. I already have a bkack pair in the same style (Cloud 5) and they are so comfortable - you could keep them on all the time. As well as the gym, they are equally nice with ankle length or turned up jeans. Daniel Footwear delivered a prompt and efficient service too.

Bottom wears down in less than 6 months

I've bought several pairs on On Running shoes. They have been very comfortable. At first I would have a small hole on the outside of the shoe, near where the little toe was. With the last 2 pair I've purchased, the bottom has worn way down in less than 6 months. It is affecting my walking stride and making it easier to trip. I'm surprised and disappointed that the soles wore down so fast. The first 2 photos show my current pair, less than 6 months old, the last 2 photos show my previous pair with actual holes in the soles.

Comfort for others, but not for me

I travel a lot and was looking for a comfortable pair of slip on sneakers. I've seen this pair on multiple people in my travels and finally asked one women I was seated next to on a flight. She loved them, easy to slip into and very comfortable. I ordered a pair in my size immediately, however I found them tight on the sides and didn't feel the padding was comforting. It was a bit more flat and harder than expected. For me, it's a 3.

Comfy shoes but ripped after 4 months

These are super comfortable shoes. My feet hurt, and I enjoyed wearing these a lot. I do not run in these. These were bought for everyday wear. BUT they ripped on sides of both shoes after 4 months. Is this a joke???? I can abuse my Nike's for 2 years, and they are still going strong. I also bought a pair of these in another color, which has not been worn yet. They are definitely going back.

Light and comfortable

I love these! Love that they are slip-on, super lightweight, and provide the perfect amount of cushioning and bounciness to keep me feeling light on my feet during long days. I wear these for long walks and generally for running errands. Note I have not actually worn them for exercise/working out so I cannot speak to them as a true "athletic" shoe, but as a leisure/comfy sneaker for daily activities they are amazing. I wear a 9-10 depending on the brand and for these I found a 9 fit perfectly.

My second pair!

I love On Cloud 5 sneakers. I now own 2 pairs and am thinking about a third color for fall/winter. They are so comfortable from the minute you put them on. I did buy some cushy innersoles to put inside for a little more support.I would say they fit true to size but I did size up 1/2size in case I want to wear socks this fall/winter. I wear them with the slip on laces but you get a second lace up pair in the box. Don’t hesitate to give them a try.

OMG LOOOVE

These shoes are a 10/10! I have an insane amount of shoes and no pair compares to the comfort of this shoe. Purchased my regular size and they fit perfectly! The Zinc/Shell color is so beautiful. I work 12 hour shift and this is the FIRST shoe I’ve worn without any pain. I usually have to alternate my shoes each shift but these I wear day after day and I’m soo happy! GREAT JOB ON CLOUD. The name is very apropos!

Obsessed!

I now own 4 pairs of On Cloud 5 sneakers in various colors. They are SOOO cute and stylish that I get compliments on every pair. This style comes with two types of shoe laces. The ones that come strapped on the shoes are too tight on me, so I remove them and replace with the regular laces that come on the side. Every On Cloud sneaker I own is super comfortable upon immediate wear. No need to break them in. I wear size 8 in sneakers and 7.5 in dress shoes.

Vibrant delivery bag will ruin gift surprise

Ugh, came home after work to find a bright Vibrant yellow bag with the company logo in big bold letters and a smile on a wife's face. It's ashame that it was supposed to be a surprise. I think a kind note or an option to choose a different delivery bag would be great. Take note to anyone ordering a gift as a surprise. As for the shoes, they look nice but the box looked like it was drop kicked across the warehouse. Shoes looked fine but, oof the delivery was a rough one.

looking for new brace

I had the privilege of working with Patrick Strapp n regards to finding shoes to fit my new brace. I was treated with so much respect, taking his time with me in finding a new tennis shoe. You have to understand I wear 2 different sizes, Nordstroms’s is the only store that will sale me mismates. My process in finding shoes is not fast.. Patrick has found a customer for life.I can’t remember the last time I felt so special. Congratulations to Nordstroms’s, very lucky to have such a compassionate employee!
