I bought these shoes and I love the look and the fit, great shoes for the most part. Day 2 wearing them the insole starts to squeak becuase it is rubbing on the shoes everytime I step. When I contacted Finish line about my issue you they had no interest in helping me solve this problem and told me they do not take back worn shoes. I would recommend buying from this shoe store becuase once those shoes are on your feet you are out of luck if anything is wrong with them. I paid too much money to sound like a duck walking down the street.

These look really nice and the cushion is great. Unfortunately they are really narrow and anyone with bunions or a high arch might find the width, tongue and top uncomfortable as I found there wasn't much give. I received a ton of compliments and I love the higher back. But, my feet were sore at the end of the day so I gave them to my daughter after one indoor use. So, if you have wider feet, reconsider-otherwise these sneakers are great!

I bought my CloudNova's a month ago and initially they were very comfortable. I walk two miles a day in them and they have broken down on the inside and the tread is worn starting on week two of ownership. I placed a warranty claim with On since these shoes should have lasted more than one month with minimal use but they came back and said my shoes have exceeding their lifespan after only one month and is not covered by the warranty. This is not a company that stands by their shoes and has horrible customer service. You can't talk to a person in the warranty department. I would highly advise buying a different shoe that is worth the money because these are dollar store quality at a designer price. After hours of searching for the shoes my daughter was wanting, Finish Line was just about the only store we could find them in stock at. Finding certain styles and sizes and On Cloud shoes seems to be pretty difficult lately, so we were very happy to find the ones she wanted on the Finish Line site. We jumped on ordering them, and they arrived at our door just a few days later. I was very pleased with the ordering process and quick shipping. The shoes look great and fit her perfectly. Thanks to Finish Line, my daughter got the shoes wanted in time for back to school!
This shoe was a Christmas present for a grand child. I came from the older generation where you didnt have a choice as these children do now. However i bit the dust n bought these for her. When she got them they where the perfect one. She said bb try my shoe on. Oh my gracious. I have never put my foot in anything that was so comfortable. The shoe is very stylish as well as comfortable. She is a very active child n needs what this shoe is capable of doin. I told my children i have a birthday comin up soon and i want a pair just like those only in a size larger. Yes i will recommend your product to others.Not only the shoe but the time frame of ordering the shoe n receiving them was spectaculous. I've been waiting to purchase these sneakers for months (specifically this color) and am so happy I finally got my hands on a pair. Not only are these sneakers cute, the performance is incredible for any activity. I'm a runner and can tell the difference in my performance wearing these sneakers (I'm not a better athlete, but I'm way more comfortable when working out). My only comment would be that the top of the sneaker feels tight on my foot, and sometimes leaves marks - which is totally not a huge issue / not enough to cause discomfort. 10/10 would recommend and will be purchasing again.
I would not recommend these sneakers. I bought them a month ago, and within 3 days of wearing the white color became yellow though I never wore them outside, only at the gym. I tried to wash them , they became even more yellow. Plus the right sneaker was extremely tight. I couldn't return them back because no one believed me, that shoes became that disgusting dirty yellow color by themselves and I never wore them outside, I even didn't work out in them, as a fitness trainer I was just wearing them at the gym. So it is a disappointment
It says something about a shoe when you buy it again and again when it wears out. My Cloudnovas have treated me well. It’s a great transitional shoe from looking cute while at the store to going for a walk or hitting the gym after. I even wore them to universal and walked 14000 steps in a day, with minimal pain to my feet. The Cloudnova 2 runs a little smaller which was a bummer as I hadn’t expected to exchange. I don’t notice much of a different from prior version.
