The first product I bought was the Amino Energy with natural flavor. Tasted great, not too sweet. Bought ESSENTIAL AMIN.O. ENERGY® with artificial flavor and unfortunately sucralose. Besides the artificial flavor, artificial sweetener, and artificial coloring, it is way too sweet. I bought two 30 serving jars. The only thing I am happy with is the active ingredients, and the reasonable price. Sorry for the bad review. I would have bought the natural flavor but you didn’t have the Fruit Punch flavor and it appears the flavor and sweetener have been changed to artificial. So disappointed. Expected more from a health company.

It mixes very easily with water in any shaker flask, no need to blend or even mix with a spoon, just place it in and shake. After quitting the gym (I know, I know, I just heard you eye roll!) I had some left but I use it when I'm a little lethargic and need energy to do house chores. I can hear body builders weeping right now. I have recently purchased myself a spin bike and Kettle bells and can not wait to beast it with the help of Amino Acids, which I will be purchasing more of in the near future. This particular product has kept well over months in it's well sealed jar and still tastes exactly the same as when I purchased it. It is one of my favourite flavoured supplements! The lack of the 5th star is purely because I do feel that whilst BCAAs are expensive anywhere you purchase them, I feel this is slightly more expensive than it needs to be to be competitive. Not much though and it is a quality product. I would definitely recommend this to others.
This was formerly a five star product product for me. I have taken it daily for the last decade or so. I'm not sure what happened but the quality has decreased tremendously. It all started to happen around the time they introduced the Amino Energy with Electrolytes product. The taste is almost unbearable now. I give it 2 stars because it still gives you energy, but I'm actively looking for a replacement product now until ON decides to go back to the original formula. Also, the decrease in scoop length is silly. I can't even fit my hand in the tub to scoop it out and I end up with powder all over my hands and clothes.
This helps wity reps and sets, i found it easier this time round and wantes to just keep on going. I was able to add 4 extra sets, i reckon part of this is i may have become a little stronger but, i never struggled to do my 5 sets of 10 reps and did another 4 sets with about 5 reps. I defo felt a difference. This is my first pre workout powder i have ever tried so im not sure if there are better ones out there but wow! Fingers crossed i sleep well because i could taste the caffeine, drink tasted nice too. I will try and have one every morning now. Im inpressed! Maybe its the caffeine talking here!!! Lol

So this isn't bad. I dint feel a big jolt of energy but I don't feel like anytime gives me that feeling. I love the double layer of protection. There is a seal on the outside and across the entire opening under the lid. The little scoop is adorable and perfect. Mixing wasn't difficult, colder water makes it harder to mix i dont use hot but slifhtly warm and then add ice.
