I have tried many brands of pre-workout and find Optimum Nutrition the one of the best for everyday use, giving me a great energy boost and focus. I workout early in the morning and need something to fuel my workout that doesn't make me feel sick on an empty stomach, which this does very well. This pre workout definitely does it’s job, good pump, good amount of energy. So far I’ve tried three flavours. Fruit punch, pineapple and blueberry lemonade. So far pineapple is the best for me. Fruit punch tastes a lot like the artificial cherry flavouring, blueberry lemonade is good but has an aftertaste of lemon strepsils. Pineapple is solid pineapple.

My overall experience with the Gold Standard Pre-workout is AMAZING! I purchased Blue Raspberry :) It Wasn't too sweet or overbearing like the other pre-workouts that I have had in the past. It is super easy to drink and the pre-workout really enhanced my performance. Would highly recommend!As for the Amino Energy Cans, they were SUPER BOMB! I Will definitely be buying more of these cans as they taste so good, they are so easy to drink when on the go and these cans are a nice size, full of energy and good for recovery too! 10/10 :)

I take this on the days where I need a bit more energy and oomph. It has a bunch of vitamins as oppose to some other pre workouts, good amount (not crazy amount) of caffeine - I would've had 1-2 strong double coffees during the day already and this doesn't give me jitters. No issues sleeping at night either. However if you're someone used to taking a really extreme pre-workout, this may not be for you. A tad on the sweet side flavour wise but the nutrition and stats are great.
Was delivered very quick. Unlike some of the other stores there were no freebies or samples which was sad but not a biggie.The product mixes well and tastes well (i tried Strawberry Lime) however i feel it didn't work for me as quite expected. I didn't quite get the additional motivation/energy to work out for longer so i will switch to some other brands.
I only use ON and have been using this for years, Fruit punch is my favourite then Blue Raspberry. I do medium weights but high intensity of 14 reps with 8 - 15 second rest for 30 - 60 minutes of training. It gives me the buzz during my workout and always gets me through it. I love the flavour. As with some other supplements I use it on days when I am not in the gym. I find it more effective this way. I will continue to use it.

Even if I'm on diet, I take these, because due to it's ingredients you get many many benefits at higher efficiency! For me this package is enough for almost 2-3 month with 3 workouts per week frequency and one scoop dosage before each workout. The size of the package is good and enough for me to carry with! As a newcomer to pre-workout this product was fantastic. We are repeat watermelon flavour lovers and have enjoyed every workout that little bit more since using the product. It is not too much of a kick (as a non-coffee drinker I was a little worried) but just wnough to give you an extra pump during your session. We found it kicked in 15-20 mins post consumption and lasted a solid 1-2 hours. Definitely noticed some improved performance and certainly achieved a SOLID sweat with every use. Feeling fantastic and smashing goals. Thank you!!
I used to be exhausted after 30-45 mins of weight training and often needing a daytime nap. Since taking this, I've been working for for a minimum of 1 hour and still eager to keep going! Even choosing to walk 20 mins home from the gym some days too.I'm lifting heavier, training harder with so much more enjoyment of the gym. Have made some noticeable gains after 5 weeks too. I don't want to workout without it.The watermelon flavour tastes great, would definitely recommend.Idk what all the 1 star reviews are about, I have had a completely different experience.

I noticed with this pre that it truely does all that it says it does, but when I tried 2 scoops of this, I noticed some very acute heart discomfort with my resting heart rate staying at around 88 beats per minute. That a full 16 beats above my normal rate even after I did my gym workout and waited 7 hours. I did some research, and I found that caffeine has a half life of about 5-6 hours meaning if you take 100mg, 5-6hours later there will still be 50mg left. I took 2 scoops that is 350mg of caffeine, 50mg short of the 400mg safety max. Long story short I didn’t sleep that night, but I did write a school essay.
