I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I really enjoy Origins products. I purchased this when it was in a gift set with a few other small items because I wanted to test out this brand. I haven't used this regularly but it's like an essence and it feels nice, after washing my face I'll pour some of this on my hands and lightly press it onto my face/ cheeks. I haven't bought the full size I'm unsure if it has a pump or not but this size doesn't so I basically take the cap off and pour but if that full is like that as well I'd wish they would add a pump or something so your not just pouring it out in a large amount every time

My skin is very sensitive and reacts easily to any product, but especially to those that promise hydration. In my experience this treatment has never reacted to me and fulfills what it promises. I could even say that it is my second favorite product to regulate skin tones. But, be careful with this, the product relieves the symptoms, however it is important that you consult with a dermatologist the causes for which you have redness or sequence and if you can use the lotion. If you become itchy when using it, see a specialist doctor and stop using it until the professional tells you that you can use it. In summary, I recommend this treatment as long as its use is supervised by a professional. I am excited to continue telling you about products of this type.

A Surprise Favorite

Checks and Balances has always dried my skin out terribly. I am very prone to breakouts. I got a sample of this and reluctantly tried it. I was afraid it would leave my skin greasy and lead to breakouts. I was amazed that after just one use, my skin felt clean, soft and smooth. Most cleansers cause tiny bumps all over my face, but this didn't. I love how creamy it is and that it foams too. I've used a few more times with same results. My skin looks more youthful and radiant! Will be buying full size asap. I use the Ginzeng gel moisturizer and they're my perfect combo.

Broke me out

I like the Origins brand so thought I would give this a try. I liked the fact that it was plant based and was a foamy cleanser. It was foamy but I felt like it didn’t rinse off very well, I used a wet washcloth and just kept rinsing with water flushes, but seemed to leave a film on my skin. The worst part was that I broke out. At first I thought it was because my skin needed to adjust to a new product, so I continued to use it for a couple of weeks. Then I discontinued using it for about three days, my skin cleared up, and I tried the product again just in case I was breaking out for a different reason (I didn’t want to blame the product if it was hormones or something I ate) but I broke out again once I started using it again. SO, because I am a loyal Origins customer I purchased a second container, this time the 5 oz, thinking the size was the problem. NOPE, same result. I complied. I guess they wanted to ensure I did not buy a KNOCKOFF - I did not realize there was such a thing. It has now been over 90 days and I have neither received the unsolicited replacements nor have I heard anything else from the company. So, for these reasons, I cannot recommend this product because you can only use half of the contents with ease, the remaining is a battle. I am struggling with my commitment to the company as it is clear they have none for me. The only reason I haven't walked away is because I found the Three Part Harmony line and it is outstanding and I have not found anything better yet (yes, I am looking and will give up this great product for better commuting to the product.

Natural cleanser!!!!!

This is a nice cleanser and leaves my skin feeling smooth and clean. I enjoy the soft scent, it is not overpowering. I like the packing colors too. The benefit of owning this product is having a skin looking youthful alive as i have fine lines on my forehead, and have been trying a variety of anti-aging skincare to prevent these from worsening. This product is different compared to other products i have tried as it has made a visible difference, and in such a short time! My skin is smoother, plumper, and much more glowy while the lines look much less deep (although still visible). I like the fact it is made of natural ingredients. I have been using it every day and it has done the job of taking care of my skin so It is definitely worth the price.
