So I stacked up on the calm facial cleanser and the resist optimal hydrating cleanser and I even bought the BHF exfoliation and let me tell you that's magic in a bottle. With the BHF exfoliation and the resist hydrating cleanser I noticed a difference in my skin within a couple of days of me starting to use the products. In a week my skin was clearing up and my breakout went away almost like faded away. I am telling you Paula's Choice has great products and I and so happy I decided to try it. As I was using aveeno before Paula Choice and Paula super succeeded it.

I honestly felt so wrong for not writing a review for this cleanser. I have acne prone combination skin and struggled with hormonal acne for months due to birth control. This is the only cleanser that has cleared up my acne and left my skin super supple and soft. I am also on tret and this cleanser is hydrating and gentle enough to keep my skin feeling and looking great. I have used other PC cleansers in the past, but this one has really showed results quickly, leaves no film and keeps my skin looking glowy with or without makeup!! 10/10!!

This is the best cleanser that I have ever used. My skin usually becomes accustomed to most cleansers, and I regularly need to change. Not with this. I'm 65 and still suffer from open pores and blackheads! A combination of products from Paula's choice (including this cleanser) have made these problems a thing of the past. I also highly recommend the exfoliating peel for a once a week pick up. My friends and family ask me what I'm using on my face and I'm happy to recommend it. I love that Paula's choice is also cruelty free.

Despite having, technically combination skin, I I have been used Cerave's foaming cleanser for normal-dry skin for several years. Even minutes after washing, my cheeks would feel tight and dehydrated and I would have to slather on moisturizer in that area. I keep my t-zone under control using PC's BHA. Over the summer, I decided on a whim to add this cleanser to my order of the BHA. From the moment I first used it, my face did not feel tight nor did it turn red. I realize I have quite sensitive skin (natural redhead) but I am so glad I've found something that helps alleviate the feeling of tightness across my cheeks!

Works amazing for dry acne prone skin for double cleansing. I use after an oil cleanser. I put foundation on my hand and tried this cleanser compared to ceraves and cetaphils cleanser. After I washed my hand I took a tissue and wiped my hand and this cleanser took almost all the foundation off whereas ceraves and cetaphils still had a bunch of foundation left on my hand. Cetaphils was by far the worst. Also this cleanser feels so amazing! It is thick and feels so luxurious. Helps my damaged skin barrier so much! Have not found a cream cleanser that compares! Don't change it and never stop making it!
I have used several of Paula's cleansers. I have a bad reaction to many cleansers... not necessarily Paula's.I received this with an order as a birthday gift. I probably would never have ordered it. But it is wonderful. It removes makeup with only a very small pump of product. The pump works great. Some of her other cleansers have pour type dispenser which gets clogged. My makeup is off in a flash and no irritation!Thanks Paula!
I've been really really struggling with my dry skin which hasn't been absorbing any moisturizers and even with gentle "moisturizing/ dermatologist recommended" cleansers popular on the market right now, I was experiencing burning especially around my lip area. I felt at the end of my rope as far as finding a gentle cleanser that also wasn't priced sky high.I decided to try this cleanser after hearing Paula's Choice products highly recommended, went and found this cleanser because it was best for my skin type. Rinsing it off is also so easy. Where other cream cleansers take forever to come off because they seem to just get more slippery, this doesn't linger around too much and leaves skin feeling very soft and not tacky.Certainly true to the claims of also not leaving skin tight in the slightest.I highly doubt I will find anything I like as much as this cleanser and I'm so excited to try other PC products and actually improve my skin- something I've been looking to do for nearly all of my 20's, and have never found the right formulas until PC .
I consider anything that you apply to wet skin to be a "face wash" and use it only in the shower. When I'm washing my face at my mirror morning or night I apply a higher-end cleasner to dry skin Caroline Hirons-style and really take my time cleansing. But sometimes all you have time for in the morning is a quick wash in the shower. I find most face washes drying but this is not at all. It feels very creamy, almost cushiony on the skin. I would definitely reccomend this to anyone with dry or sensitive skin. Fragrance free like all Paula's Choice, such a great grand I've been using her products for 12 years now.
