People go nuts for PBfit Sugar-Free and here’s why: they don’t expect it to taste as good as regular peanut butter. So when it does, they get super excited, even a bit obsessed. Imagine snacking on peanut butter that’s about one-third the calories and 87% less fat compared to traditional peanut butter (when prepared as directed). Traditional peanut butter has 188 calories and 16g fat compared to 60 calories and 2g fat in PBfit per 16g serving. That means guilt-free smoothies, PBJs, peanut butter dips, oatmeal, protein balls, pancakes, you get the idea. It’s your new non-guilty pleasure. BetterBody Foods PBfit is made by gently roasting peanuts, and then pressing the peanuts to extract the majority of the oil from those peanuts. This process reduces the unnecessary fats that is found in regular peanut butters, but it still leaves a delicious, reduced-fat peanut butter powder that is chock full of flavor. For a reduced-fat peanut butter spread, combine 2 Tablespoons of PBfit Sugar- Free with 1.5 Tablespoons of water. It also gives a delicious protein boost to smoothies. You can also try substituting flour for PBfit in your favorite baked goods recipes. Eating clean doesn’t have to be bland, it should be enjoyable!

When I received the PBfit Sugar-Free All-Natural Peanut Butter Powder, I removed the seal under the lid and licked the seal. Tastes just like peanut butter. Then I mixed this powder with water - {2 Tbl peanut butter powder and 1.5 Tbl water} - this was runny and why I ate it with a spoon. This is not as sweet as other type peanut butters and does not have as strong a taste. Since then, I have found that less water and more peanut butter has a stronger taste and is thicker. The sweetener could be a little more but I can always add stevia or xylitol. I have Monk Fruit and do not care for it in most recipes I use - but I did not taste it at all in the PBfit Sugar-Free All-Natural Peanut Butter Powder. Because this is a powder, the the PBfit Sugar-Free All-Natural Peanut Butter Powder, blends very well in smoothies, dips, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, etc.

I had been putting off trying powdered peanut butter, as I had heard in the past that it tasted terrible and wasn't worth it. I recently had been hearing good things about PB2 however, and when I went online to find it, saw PBfit as a less expensive and well-rated alternative. Decided to go with the the sugar-free version, as I am trying to cut down on added sugars.I am surprisingly pleased with the taste! I can't compare to PB2 or the original version of PBfit, but I found the flavor and texture to be very good, and I don't find myself missing traditional peanut butter too much. I did not note the "coconut flavor" that some have mentioned, but can maybe see a bit of the "burnt/dark" flavor another review mentioned. I personally don't find that very slight flavor ... Almost like a roasted feel to me. If you think that would bother you, perhaps try the original PBfit.I personally mix with almond milk instead of water for a little more substance. My preferred method is to add a little extra liquid for a slightly thinner consistency that is perfect for dipping or use like a sauce. Also, this IS sugar-free. Or rather no sugar added. It is not false advertising. A small amount of sweetness is added by sugar substitutes - specifically a monk fruit-erythriol blend. This is the "sugar alcohols" that are referred to, which are not processed by the body as sugar. I would prefer a version with no sweeteners at all, but it is what it is. Not false advertising though.

I's pretty good. Made from roasted peanuts, salt, and monk fruit extract, it provides all the flavor of traditional peanut butter without the added sugar. With just two tablespoons mixed with water, you get a smooth and creamy spread that is perfect for toast, smoothies, or as a dip. The taste is rich and satisfying although you can taste a slight bitterness if you don't mix it with something else (milk/plant milk or something), and the nutritional profile is impressive, with only 50 calories per serving and a good amount of protein and dietary fiber. If you're looking for a healthier and plant-based protein option, PBfit Sugar-Free is a great option.

I have the PB fit Peanut Butter Powder that is Sugar Free. When I saw this I realized this is just what I needed and wanted to add to my smoothies. Two tablespoons is only 60 calories and 8 grams of protein. It does use Monk Fruit blend for a sweetener which while I do use Monk Fruit as a sweetener its probably not much in here it doesn’t seem overly sweet. It works well in my smoothies and it definitely does improve the taste, Especially since I started adding a mushroom and greens powder and a collagen powder it did really need something to help the taste. I always make my smoothies with one cup frozen fruit, prefer blueberries and unsweetened almond milk. I have not tried mixing it to make actual peanut butter, not sure about doing that but I will be putting it in my oatmeal bake for a change of the flavors the next time I make it. This mixes well into the smoothie. Since I have been using the other powders already I would know if this did not mix well. I will be buying this again.
I have been using this product for years way before they started making the sugar free version. I started out with the regular pb powder and then the sugar free as soon as it became available as diabetes runs in my family. It’s great mixed with water to make peanut butter. I personally prefer and love it in my smoothies and especially in my protein shakes. I don’t like the flavor of protein powder so I add this peanut butter powder to them and it makes them delicious. It covers that whey flavor. It pairs well of course with chocolate and vanilla protein powder. Not only does it make my shakes yummy and it adds an extra dose of protein too without any fat or much calories or carbs. Win win for me.It does dissolve nicely in liquids, just like protein powder.I ... MoreI have been using this product for years way before they started making the sugar free version. I love the Sugar-Free PB Fit Peanut Butter. It smells so nutty good. It does not have any harsh ingredients because it’s totally vegan. I mixed the two tablespoons of the powder with one tablespoon of water. After stirring well, I had a nice blend of vegan peanut butter. I also added a whole, red apple, which was thinly cut in layers on my plate, and oh how delicious! The apple and the peanut butter paired very well. The moist and softness of the peanut butter added to the red apple was delicious indeed. It was so delicious that I had two more red apples for a snack. Yummy! What I love best about the PB Fit Peanut Butter Powder is that creamy consistency, and that great nutty aroma. The powder is not clumpy, but very free flowing. I really do not care much for ... I just got PBfit Sugar-Free All-Natural Peanut Butter Powder. I came in a 13 ounce jar. Honestly, I wasn’t sure if this was a good investment but I am always up for a challenge. When I opened it, the scent and the flavor of the powder was exactly like smooth peanut butter! I was so excited. I began with making a simple paste for toast and it was simply the most wonderful peanut butter I have ever tasted. On top of that, being a diabetic and its sugar-free, I was expecting that nasty after taste that usually is in sugar-free items…There was NONE! I am in heaven! I have found recipes for smoothies, peanut butter bars and cookies. I love pancakes with peanut butter on it so I have begun that with my breakfasts. The flavor can vary slightly depending on the brand and whether it is plain or flavored. Some powder peanut butter products come in different flavors like chocolate or vanilla, which add a pleasant twist to the taste. Overall, the taste is enjoyable and familiar, making it a great option for peanut butter lovers.Texture: The texture of powder peanut butter is notably different from regular peanut butter. Once mixed with water or other liquids, it transforms into a smooth and spreadable consistency similar to traditional peanut butter. However, the texture may not be as creamy or oily as regular peanut butter. This can be an advantage for those who prefer a lighter or less sticky texture.Calorie and Fat Content: One of the main advantages of powder peanut butter is its significantly reduced calorie and fat content compared to regular peanut butter. The process of removing most of the oil from peanuts results in a powder that is much lower in calories and fat. This makes it a popular choice for individuals watching their calorie intake or following a specific diet plan.
