I started with a 22" long island board, which was nice to ride, but with big feet, it was not an ideal scenario. After knowing i liked skateboards as transportation (never did it before the age of 24 ;-) ), I ordered this 27" board. It's very stable, and rolls way longer than my previous board. It takes less effort and cruises nicely. The wheels are a bit more rubber like which acts as sound dampening. Bearings roll long, steering is great. For me it's a good balance between portability, speed and stability.

We bought this as a birthday present for our skate mad 8 year old daughter. She has already progressed really well. It is a good size for her and it runs really smoothly so is great for a beginner. She also loves the cool pattern (it's also big enough for us to use it too!).We just need to get her a proper helmet now!

I’m a pretty big guy. 6’ 6” at 280lbs currently. The recommended weight is much lower than that, which voids the warranty I’m sure, but this thing can handle it. If you’re as big as me, then I really recommend this as the smallest you should go. I know I’m going with something a bit bigger than this next time for a more beginner friendly level of control.
Haven't rode a skateboard in over 20 years but wanted something to ride with my 4 year old while he was riding his scooter. This board is super smooth and fun to ride. I like the flex of the trucks as it is very easy to turn. The style is nice and size and weight makes it very portable.
These are very fun, and very great for beginners- long term however, I myself would definitely replace it eventually. It rides fantastic, however after about 20 mins of riding you REALLY feel how flat the board is in your feet. Sore!!!I feel if they had a slight concave in the center, they’d be more comfortable. I understand this is THE penny board to get though, so I doubt it will change on this specific model.
My second Penny, bought right after I've received 22" model for my son ;) 22 is rideable too and super compact/mobile but even for 42EU shoe size tends to be a bit small for longer rides. 27" though is perfect size imho, a bit smaller than "standard" cruiser skateboards (and much shorter than regular skateboards).It rides comfortable but suprisingly fast and , and I love how it turns, I don't know how these trucks are different from the ones met in regular skateboards but turning is so smooth that it's pure pleasure, almost like surfing :) I like hardness of wheels too - it's soft enough to provide comfort but hard enough to accelarate and cruise fast. The board looks very nice. I have yet to try it out, since I plan to give it to someone, but just by spinning the wheels I can see that it will be a smooth ride. I may need to loosen the trucks just a little bit, but that’s usually the case with any new skateboards.
Well I opened the box to find a damaged side but that’s whatever. I immediately changed the bearings to my expensive set and adjusted the trucks. It looks awesome and rides like a dream. I’ve wanted one of these since middle school(currently in college) and it meets the hype after all these years. Sorry it’s dirty I use it daily.
Got this board for my brother as a gift and he was absolutely stoked! Rides smooth and a great size since he's on the taller side. Colors are super groovy and look just like the picture.
