I purchased one for a small dog in the recommended size. The unit is too heavy for the collar it comes with so just flops away from the dogs neck unless I make is too tight to leave on. Without this contact the dog feels nothing. I wide neck band would have solved this issue.

Love the fact there is the remote as anyone can use it verses having the app on your phone. Highly recommend it and it does not hurt you dog. I have mine set at a 6. Great product and and we always shop at RENS IN KITCHENER.

Have been running the collar for two weeks now and have produced a noticeable improvement in behavior.I intend to now use it each second day as a reinforcement measure and curb resistance. Great piece of device!
