1st time buying a bike online before test riding and I was not disappointed. The Siskiu T-7 comes with well above average components at an entry level price point. however, I did upgrade my dropper post lever, handlebars and crankset to help take some weight off the bike. I will more than likely upgrade the drive train and wheels at some point too. I would probably recommend the T-8 or T-9 for serious riders and the T-6 and T-7 for beginner and intermediate riders.

I cannot say enough good things about my overall experience with BikesOnline. The hardest part was choosing what bike I wanted to buy! (I went with the Siskiu T7) Great prices, quick shipping, and very easy to assemble. Best of all, the bikes performance is exceptional and it looks beautiful. Got on the technical trails within 24 hours and this bike completely exceeded my expectations. I’ve already recommended a few friends and family to B.O and I will personally be shopping there again!

The bike came almost assembled and was easy to put together. The front air fork is a great addition with multiple levels of dampening. The wheels use a new hub with a long screw and that makes it impossible to mount in standard roof racks because the fork is not open at the end to go into the rack. I recommend using SPD small pedals because the bike sits low and you will find yourself hitting the ground with the cranks and pedals. Shifting is good enough and so are the brakes. I would upgrade brakes first to have a solid stop and hold. I wish this bike had a remote lock system for the rear suspension. I find that more useful than the seat post remote. Maybe have both? The paint job is ok but the black spots paint seems too think and an afterthought. I find the ... MoreThe bike came almost assembled and was easy to put together. I can’t speak about bottom bracket yet, i Hope it is a lasting one. The seat is fair, I would be buying a seat for it - but that is preference. The seat post locks for downward motion but not for up motion so if you dismount and pull the bike by the seat, it will move up and eventually fall into position. Overall this is a great bike for entry level full suspension, comparable with many others. At 31 pounds is not that bad.

This bike has been great, I have ridden it a number of times since receiving it. The bike climbs well and chews up all the rocky terrain that I live around. One close call though, the rear shimano disc centerlock was not torqued and nearly came off the hub. I ordered the Park bottom bracket tool to tighten it down and its been fine since.
MEC experience was very good as usual. Perhaps a bit more talk on customization when picking the bike up but since I am average build, weight etc, the bike fits out of the box. As an entry level FS rig it has a great spec for the price. Deore works fine, suspension once tuned for you is great. Coming from a hard tail the ride difference is quite astonishing. The bike handles well and smooths the descents while providing adequate grip. The slack geometry means an upright and well balanced ride feel and doesn't break your back. It is on the heavy side so don't expect to go quickly up hills without body builder legs (which you might get if you like a challenge on this rig) but you can loose a couple of lbs going tubeless which MEC did for free before pick up. As a first foray into FS I am pleased although my climbing ego dented and that's ok because my wallet wasn't. One thing to note is the clamp bolts for the seat post and stem may be a little short for inspiring confidence they wont strip when torqueing to specified range. Check them and if no more than 2-4 threads engaged ask to have them changed...again, MEC switched clamp and stem for free. Nice work MEC!
Got this bike on sale about 2 weeks ago. Let me preface it by saying this bike has an insane amount of value. To think you could buy a bike with this amount of technology for under $2,000 5 years ago would be unthinkable. After a few rides all I can tell is that it can climb, descend and stop really well. I am somewhat of a novice especially when it comes to full squish bikes but I was thoroughly impressed by how this bike rides. Can't wait to get out on it in the spring!
My experience with low cost bikes has not been good. BUt I needed a bike and had a limited budget so I ordered a Polygon Sisyiu D7. I ordered on Friday, and received it on Wednesday. Prior to ordering I called with some questions. Thye were easy to get ahold of and quickly eased my concerns.Wow...I have had my Siskiu D7 for 2 weeks now. I have ridden it on all of my Colorado Front Range favorites...Hall Ranch, Heil Ranch, and Devils backbone. The important components (wheels, derailleur, shifter) all all good quality. I am currently training for an April Moab trip, and I cant wait to ride this bike there.I have already recommended this bike to friends. My only issue - they do not have a real gravel bike available. When they do, I will buy again!
Delivery was fast in California, it took only two days to arrive to my door. Bike was packed very well and arrived undamaged. Setup was easy and only took 30 minutes (with a bike stand and proper tools) As is, it's a great value and is equipped very well for this price point. Downsides are the weight and the left crank arm - which fell off as I was testing the bike out after assembly. This seems to be a common issue, but could've been avoided if I had checked the torque specs on the bolts (like I did for every other nut and bolt except for the ones on the crank - my fault.) Luckily the crank arm was undamaged and I simply replaced it (without the safety plate which broke into pieces and is basically useless) and torqued it properly and it's been fine ever since. The ... I am so pleased with this bike! This is my 1st FS and I couldn't be happier. There is so much quality built into this bike, from the suspension to the transmission to the now Tubeless tires. The tubeless conversion was easy for my 1st time and sealed right up and is holding every pound after 1 day.Had a couple of issues after delivery, slow leak in rear tube, new tube was immediately sent out. And dropper post wasn't operating properly, new, updated dropper post now on it's way. This bike is super solid and amazing on the trails. Landing jumps are like landing on a bed of pillows and climbing the hills are so fun. No need to lock out the suspension during climbs, it loves to chug up over roots and rocks and does it with ease and minimal effort.Would've loved to ... MoreI am so pleased with this bike! No Question!
This is my first full suspension mountain bike. I'm amazed at how it smooths the rocky trails. I live in Sedona and the trails here can be quite technical and very intimidating, especially at speed. This bike is super capable. Way beyond my skill level. I read that this is a great entry level bike. A real value for the money. I agree completely. The Siskiu T7 is a good measure beyond what I expected. I wholeheartedly recommend this bike.
