The most bitter tasting olice oil I hVE EVER tasted in my 63 years of life. I can't imagine putting an oil and vinigar salad together using that stuff. Will return promptly, this very small bottle and a price reflecting a higher quality product. Very disappointed, as in the same delivery I received caffine free Diet Cokes.. I always order regular Diet Coke, and I did today as well. Will be sending 5 2-liters today back to Walmart to get those corrected; alonog with several substidutions I was not happy with. Oh, I had a bag burst, it was frozen blueberries. It is nearly impossible to us a knife to open it properly, I can't imanigen

This is my go-to olive oil for a range of different uses! First off for the kitchen- I love to sauté vegetables, rub down potatoes, coat my chicken breasts, and toss in my salads. This oil has a robust yet very smooth texture and the quality is amazing. A little goes a long way. I also love to use this oil for my hair. I have natural curly hair and it helps maintain my curls and and leaves my hair moisturized and healthy. It seals in the moisture after a deep conditioning. Trust me it works!

Love this olive oil. It is a delicious mild flavor. You do get a very large bottle for the price. I purchased a decanter with pour spout in order to more easily pour it into my pan for cooking. I recommend this product and will purchase again.

After the assembly of all that, we drizzled on the olive oil. I feel Italian all of the sudden. Anyway, the oil added some extra flavor to the pasta. It tasted like a really smooth, and kind of a mildly rich fresh vegetable addition on top of the dish. Made the pasta smooth and more enjoyable. It says that the olive oil is good for stir frying, so we will do some veggies up on that suggestion. The product is fresh, and comes in a classy plastic bottle. It has a pour spout that lets just the right amount out of the bottle for us. This isn't as smooth as they let on.It has that burning peppery flavor and I have grown very tired of that. I don't think I have EVER eaten an olive that tastes that way but the EVOO oils do?Just don't care for that anymore and while I am venting...I don't like the Balsamic vinegar either. This is the olive oil I always buy. It tastes great, but I have one complaint. I wish the company would start making better caps for the bottles. Every single time the caps are sealed, but after opening they will not tightly close. So, if they're knocked over that could pose a real problem. Oil all over and there goes $25.00. For as much money as they've increased this shouldn't be happening.
I use this product mostly for cooking. Sometimes I will pour a spoonful and drink it. I like to use it to saute my garlic then add pasta to it with black pepper and parmessian.. In a a month my basel will be ready. I use this great olive oil to make the BEST pesto im Michigan. My wife likes pouring some in a plate adding graded cheese and dip fresh bread into it. We call it Italian butter.I like to fry potatoes and onions using this delightful olive oil. It is a very versitale product.
As I am trying to eat healthier, I tried Pompeian Smooth Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and I have been buying it and using it ever since. I use it when making hash browns and over-easy eggs for breakfast. I use it in baking crispy potatoes, sausage, peppers, and onions. Well, I use it for all my cooking. It does not change the flavor of even delicate eggs and is fine for higher heat cooking and sauteing.
