Okay. I’ve been been eating these the wrong way for years. My “go to†has always been the Chocolate Brownie. I keep one in my bag for a quick lunch or snack. But, recently, when craving crunchy cookies to snack on, I happened upon the option of creating quick cookies from quest bars. Basically, I divide a bar into 8 pieces, arrange the pieces on parchment paper with space between them, put them in the microwave for 30 seconds, mash them flat with a fork, and back into the microwave for another 20-30 seconds (I’ve got a low wattage machine — your cook time may be different). [This can also be done in the oven — one site says 8 min at 360, but I haven’t personally tried that.] Once cooled, I have delightfully crunchy little cookies that I can put in a ... MoreOkay. I find that where I used to eat an entire bar because that was how it’s packaged, I can now grab a few little cookies between meetings, and that tides me over, or I can finish off my lunch with a protein packed dessert. I’ve tried this with several different flavors, and ironically, brownie is my least favorite... but, none of them have been bad. So far, my favorites have been peanut butter brownie smash (hands down favorite!), chocolate chip cookie dough, oatmeal chocolate chip and white chocolate raspberry. Double chocolate chunk, pumpkin pie, cinnamon roll and birthday cake were good, but not on my everyday rotation. The bottom line is that if you’re looking for a little low carb, high protein variety, this may be a good option for you.

I absolutely love Quest Nutrition's Dipped Cookies Cream Protein Bars! They're the perfect guilt-free treat. The taste is incredibly satisfying, with a rich cookies and cream flavor that feels like indulgence without the guilt. Plus, the 20 grams of protein per bar keeps me feeling full and energized. It's my go-to snack for a quick protein boost, and the fact that it comes in a pack of 12 bars is super convenient. Highly recommend these for anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth while staying on track with their nutrition goals!

The Quest cookie & cream protein bars are honestly great. They have 21g protein, 4 net carbs and 1g of sugar. The flavor is very good, they don’t have a lingering after taste as many protein bars tend to have. The texture is also very good, the bars are on the soft side and aren’t hard to bite or chew. Overall I highly recommend Quest cookies & cream protein bars. Also be sure to try the Quest birthday cake bars, they’re also very good.
I love certain bars by questnutrition and know this brand is amazing. I love the cookies but I am not completely in love with this bar. It does have a good taste but I am uncertain about some textures. I want to rate this higher because I believe is this brand. The dipped cookies and cream is just not for me. Just because it didn't work for me or I couldn't deal with the texture, doesn't mean it's a bad item. I think this product should be tried because you don't know until you try it.
The protein chips are a good alternative to regular chips if you follow a gluten free or low carb lifestyle. The prices are reasonable compared to some other suppliers. Sweet chilli are my favourite. The protein bars again offer a good sweet treat for Keto or low carb diets. The birthday cake and lemon cake are my personal favourites even though they upset my stomach if I eat an entire bar - probably the type of fibre used.
I had been trying to find some protein bars that actually tasted good and not dry. I chose these Quest dipped cookies and cream protein bars and I can’t say enough how much I love these. The bars are a perfect size and can be easily taken on the go. They have a great flavor and actually do taste like cookies and cream. You get a bit of sweetness but still something that curbs your appetite. It’s like eating a candy bar but with only 1 gram of sugar. The price is very reasonable. I will definitely continue to purchase this product.

The bar has a chewy overall texture with a filling that's reminiscent of marshmallow. It's dense and has a good chewiness. There's a slight taste of protein powder and a mild creamy aroma. The Oreo cookie crumbs inside the bar are quite large, so if you savor it slowly, there might be some minor crumbs falling, but they are delightfully crispy and taste just like Oreo cookies. When you occasionally get a piece of Oreo filling, it has a texture similar to white chocolate, a rich creamy flavor, and it's sweet, just like the actual Oreo filling. I'm a big fan of protein bars. This isy first time trying a quest bars. They are absolutely awesome. Also, Avery big plus is a high fiber content. Most people have a hard time getting to their daily fiber content including myself, this bar helps me out tremendously. I highly recommend theses bars to anyone who wants increase their daily protein and fiber content. This particular flavor tastes like I'm eating a genuine cookie. Place it in a microwave for a few seconds and you have a ready yummy dessert. This is my new favorite protein ber. I'll be buying it for many years to come.
