Aluminium is also considerably lighter than other materials making this saucepan easier to handle. A steel disc is cast into the base making it suitable for all hob types, including induction. Ideal for making sauces and general simmering and boiling tasks. This saucepan is also oven proof up to a temperature of 260°C. The Stratanium non-stick coating is PFOA and PFOS-free, metal utensil safe and offers exceptional performance for perfect cooking results.
