It feels solid and the nonstick is good so far, but the shape feels like they tried to innovate for the sake of it. I should have tried the classic design.

I have quite a few Scan Pans and I have never regretted investing in a Scan Pan. I selected the 2.6 to substitute for my 2 qt. Revere Ware saucepan that often requires a soak to clean. It never occurred to me until now that this pan will save water because of the easy cleanup. LOL I live in California!

I recently purchased the 1.6 qt to replace an old pan I had. I wish I had done it sooner. This cleans up really well, looks great on the stove, and seems to cook really evenly. Haven't used it a ton yet but look forward to grabbing it whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Very hardwearing saucepan... I haven't burnt it yet so I can't say how it would cope with that but so far, I'm very pleased with it. Just the one draw-back. The bolts for the handle are inside the pan which can make cleaning it difficult; I've had pans before where there are no bolts on the inside and they prove to be easier for cleaning. Notwithstanding, I'm very happy with my saucepan and would purchase a similar one again.
