Perfect boat rod for fishing in the bay. Love the bend in a one piece rod. Matched up with a 4000 baitrunner, what a combo. Light and robust,
a very responsive and lightweight little rod. Paired nicely with a Shimano Nasci 3000, great combo.
Nice looking rod.Backbone was good ,casts light baits well .Mates well with a shimano baitrunner with 20lb mono.Got me a couple small snapper its first time on on the water.
Bought this last weekend and already running strong. Record using a 8000 or higher reel, like a Shimano Socorro. Only downside is cast range.
Not so happy with these rods. I have few of these. One of them snapped pretty easily on a snag. The other one's reel slot section became loose, the fishing reel goes around in circles on the rod and isn't set tight anymore, I had to tape it up. The only good thing I found about these rods is they have strong rod eyes/tips.
Great rod for kayak and boat fishing caught a 50cm snapper very durable and long lasting
good rod! a bit heavy tho. take sometime to practice
