Good quality bioavailble vitamin C in the form of 500 mg capsules. Easy on the stomach and without taste. Perfect to boost my immune system when I feel run down or like I’m about to get sick. Capsules are regular size and easy to swallow. Great potency because ingredients are time released.

This is a great supplement of vitamin C for those who don't tolerate the acid in their stomachs due to a problem they had in the past, like my wife. She's very happy with it, also because of the bioflavonoids it contains. I'll continue buying more in the future.

I like them, I think they work, and if I take them with enough food, my stomach isn't bothered. I do like that if I want, I can order the larger dose if needed, or split dosing with this product between times of day. I have some inflammation of some blood vessels and this makes me feel better. The flavor is terrible though, so I really chase this down quickly with a beverage and don't let it sit in my mouth too long. The quality of the ingredients are great and I haven't seen another product exactly like it, so when I finish the bottle, I will buy more and recommend.
I've been in the nutritional supplement industry for 25+ years. In my experience, typical vitamin C products, made of ascorbic acid, are inferior.
