Sram Red eTap AXS is much more than a simple evolution of its predecessor, it is a revolution, a fully integrated approach to design a groupset that empowers ever more capable riders and the diverse range of bikes that they choose to ride. The carbon tuned Sram Red cranks utilize proprietary Sram carbon lay-up design to increase thickness and stiffness at critical stress areas. Advanced carbon architecture techniques such as tapering, and terracing provide significant weight savings without compromising on strength. The cranks smoothly integrate with a one-piece aluminum chainring design that also ensures the perfect balance of weight & stiffness. The recent development of the 10 tooth smallest cassette sprocket alongside 12-speed cassettes has allowed Sram to re-think gear ratios to offer more range and a smoother gear progression. This new high gear cassette sprocket with a smaller tooth count allowed Sram to pioneer correspondingly smaller chainring sizes with lower gearing whilst still exceeding the gearing range of a traditional double chainring 11-speed drivetrain. As the chainrings are smaller in size they are consequently lighter and more aerodynamic; the chainrings also feature exactly the same 13-tooth difference across all tooth configurations for smoother, faster front shifts. The Quark power meter is fully integrated into the chainring for a seamless aesthetic and a lighter weight compared to other aftermarket solutions. The DZero power meter platform offers a +/- 1. 5% accuracy rate with a new measurement circuit and revised strain gauge design for improved precision throughout the pedal stroke. The Sram Red AXS power meter design is as useful for aiding training as it is for racing due to the fact that it records data from the left and right legs separately for insightful physiological feedback, it is also unaffected by climate conditions during a ride for stress free statistics out of season.

I bought this a month or so back for my dream build bike. The crank set is light as a feather and looks awesome on the bike. I paired this up to the axs app with no issues and I can adjust settings without having to be on the bike or bending down which is also pretty cool and as with all quark power meters the readings are super accurate and there is full tech support if needed what more could you ask for.

Easy to set up with the app. Works well with my head unit and hasn’t missed a beat yet. Expensive of course, but worth every penny

My first power meter and a few weeks in still getting the hang of all the figures. What I like about the quarq axs are it just works so easily. Integration with wahoo element just happened seamlessly. No fiddling trying to connect or watch YouTube videos to find out how. It just happened. Looks great too. Super impressed and really enjoying my new toy. Would highly recommend.
Replaced my Rival DUB 48/35 crankset on my Felt tribike with the 50/37 Red. Replacementwas a breeze. Power meter matches the baseline power metrics I'm getting from my Quark onanother tribike. This is the second 50/37 Red I currently use and am very pleased with thebuttery smoothed shifting.
The product arrived quickly despite some of the other reviews indicating slow delivery times. I’ve registered the products but haven’t put it on the bike yet but I am confident that it works all of the legitimate detailing on the box and the product itself.
Barbarous bottom bracket, maximum quality, wanting to mount it, price of the best in the market, it took a little longer than usual for the holidays,
Had doubts moving to Sram having used Campag for so long, 30 years! Too early to tell what it will wear like, so far it has done what it’s supposed to do. What I do like is the 48 ring, you can use it almost like a 1x with the 33-10 cassette even where I live, hilly Cotswolds. I don’t have to do anything with the power meter other than read it off my Wahoo. Not looking forward to replacing when the chainrings are worn out.
Running SRAM AXS 12sp you are somewhat limited for Power options. I have been using a set of Garmin Vector 3, but honestly, they have been a pain in the xxx for the last 2 years, to the point where i have totally lost patience with them and bought this Quarq instead. So glad that I did. after some fighting with the cranks to get the existing crank arms to separate, the fitting process was a breeze, and the power meter... Just Works. The numbers look good, and feel similar to my vectors (when they worked), as well as my stages PMs on my smart bike, so happy with accuracy, and had no drop out issues either. Would definitely buy again.
High end product at a very attractive price. Quick delivery. Top!!!!
