Very comfortable slipper with a cozy lining, deep traction and soft foot bed. The rear part is flexible which allows you to wear them normally or with the heel cup folded down for a better ‘slip on’ style of wearing. There’s a slight elastic gusset to help with flexibility and fit. The upper feels snug around the opening with the heel cup up, which helps with fit but can require two hands to get in at first. Feels really nice once they’re on as your foot doesn’t slip around. I sized up to allow for socks. Overall a great slipper.

I have been looking for some indoor shoes/slippers like this for years. I use them only in the house, not outside. I had been wearing some old DC slip ons for so many years, maybe a decade or more. Never finding a replacement. These ones looked a little odd at first, but I really love them. It has their own style. Super comfortable. Warm. If you are the fence, just buy them. Try 'em out. I bet you will decide to keep them.

I want to give these slippers a 5/5 because of the way they check every box in what I was looking for. I live in the PNW, so it's hard to find a durable slipper that you can keep on between lounging inside and going outside to get the mail/take the dog out/etc. But these are perfect for all of the above. Truly waterproof, comfy to walk in or just have as slippers, and stylish enough to wear to the store, they really are the ideal slipper. They do not have much of any type of support being that the sole is well-cushioned and, well , it's a slipper- but expecting these qualities ahead of time it would be unreasonable for me to suggest that the lack of support is a fault of the slipper, rather than appreciate that it is the style of footwear I've chosen. I will say ... MoreI want to give these slippers a 5/5 because of the way they check every box in what I was looking for. I will say though, I tend to be most comfortable in low-cut shoes that offer minimal ankle support, so for me these are perfect to wear to the store or even a brief walk around the neighborhood with my dog (a meathead German Shepherd who lunges at every squirrel). They may get a little warm and not super well ventilated at times but again, they are slippers, not distance running shoes. There are only two things that I can really say I wish was different. First, I wish the bottoms had better traction. If the surface I'm walking on has traction itself (like pavement) then it's not an issue, but on a wet kitchen floor you best be ready to dance. The second item would be the durability of the Thermoball material. This is tough to knock because it's that material that makes these so stylish and warm, and all things considered they do hold up very well (I mean come on, it's basically sleeping bag material on your feet, and your feet see a lot of action). But I had to replace my first pair because they would snag on twigs and rip, this also eliminating the waterproof factor. It's important to mention though that I'm probably an extreme example of calling the durability into question, because I've been working from home since the beginning of the pandemic and I quite literally always have these on my feet if I'm not doing something that requires otherwise (like shower, treadmill, sleeping). So to me, the fact that they last so well for half a year of daily hard use (all day in the office, taking dog out, errands, you name it) and are functional in all aspects is pretty impressive. Enough so that I plan on buying a third pair, and when I bought this second pair I also bought a pair for my wife- which is also important to mention because she babies hers (she likes them too much, wears them selectively) and in the same amount of time hers basically look brand new. Great product overall, definitely recommend!!

I've never experienced a better shoe. They are becoming a phenomenon on my college campus; around ten people went to the North Face store this morning to purchase ThermoBalls, and several others who couldn't physically make it had others order for them. These are the epitome of comfort: it's like a synthetic down jacket for one's feet. They can also function as pickleball paddles in times of dire need. Overall, I have never felt so existentially committed to a shoe. Philosophers sometimes ask the question: "What sort of thing are you willing to die for?"; in that, one needs to find something for which they would die in order to fill one's life with meaning. I will not, for the sake of propriety, expound on my answer to that question, but you may rightly use this ... MoreI've never experienced a better shoe. Overall, despite my anti-consumerism, these ThermoBalls are truly the gateway to transcendence, meaning, and an abundant life. Respectfully yours, a young ThermoBaller
As an old man who has lost the meat on my feet, comfortable shoes that fit are hard to find. I wear a size 13 normally especially in high quality foot wear such as Wolverine or Rocky. I ordered these in a 14 as most shoes today are not true to size and this was true with these. I have less than an inch from my toes touching the ends. I have problems with cold feet and I have to say these are hot shoes but still better than cold feet. I am waiting for the real cold to set in to see how they fare. Over all, pretty well made and comfortable out of the box. A little pricey at full price but I got them 30% off and free shipping at shoe mall.
I absolutely love these slippers. Use them mainly indoors around house, sometimes to nip outside. Also just back from a camping trip and they were great for that due to the proper soles. I was worried before I bought them they wouldn't be as comfy as normal slippers but they are. Also heat regulation is perfect for me too. They can be worn as slip on (ie heel out) or heel in. Which again is perfect for either slipping on quickly, or for full walking mode!Only thing was I found my size was too small in terms of getting my foot arch through the opening so went for size up. Which fit me fine. Also the tops are not waterproof at all, which is to be expected, but soles are sturdy.
I had higher hopes for these. I thought they were going to be exactly like the booties, but they are not. They have a fuzzy inside and they are not as comfortable. They fit a bit tight compared to the booties. I still wear them around the house, but I find myself putting on the booties instead. I wouldn't say that they were a waste of money, but I dont get the use out of them like I thought I would because I own the booties. If I could only have 1, I would choose the booties every single time!
Very nice casual house shoe, runs to the store for milk, grabbing the mail, and maybe hanging out in the campground. My other slippers were in the laundry and needed backup. If my feet feel cold during this winter, I put these on, and get instant warmth. Cold air does not get in. These really are shoes, not slippers. Wearing them feels firm but not restrictive. The rubber bottom almost feels like you could play a game of racquetball, and your feet would remain in the shoe. Why, putting the T'ball on is not like a slipper. It takes a bit of effort to get the shoe on. It is not a slip on slipper. I wear a size 13 in Nike size, which is generally one size larger than the US size 12. This size 13 fits perfect, but I was kinda hoping for a bit more of a slip-on slipper ... MoreVery nice casual house shoe, runs to the store for milk, grabbing the mail, and maybe hanging out in the campground. Once they are on, all's good though. I thought I might use a pair socks, but not sure of that unless they are very thin ones. Bottomline, so far, these are winners, and the discount was great too. They also do look cool.
The concept of this slipper is strong. Warm, down coat-like feel with a great sole to head outside around the house when damp out in the early mornings or after bad weather. The issue is the foothole is just too small and thus too tight for the foot and agitates the ankle area in a few moments and feels like it cuts off circulation shortly thereafter. I just cannot keep these on more than 20 minutes at a time. You can "step on the heel" and use as a "clog-like" slipper, but in all honesty, it's not that great that way. Perhaps they can make the lining to ankle hole an elastic material and not fabric lined? There is a small piece of stretch material on each side, thank goodness. That does help a little but not much and my foot is a basic 10 and the length of these is ... MoreThe concept of this slipper is strong. Loosen up the foothole somehow and these would be a 10 (although they do get very warm and not really breathable at all).
I am size 9.5 in most shoes. I bought this in size 10, they look big in my feet, but the fitting is great. It is easy to put them on and take them off. It fits great when using them with the back dropped. I bought a second pair size 9; they look better in my feet. However, it is a little more difficult to put them on (easy to take off). The length of the shoe is fine, but they feel a little tight around my ankle (hope they loosen up). And I can't use them with the back dropped because my feet aren't able to go all the way into the shoe. Overall, I like the size 9 slightly better if I know I am going to put them on and keep on for a while. But size 10 fits better.
