I loveeee my UGGS. I catch myself indoors wearing these because they are just SO COMFORTABLE that I literally forget they’re even on. But they do have hard soles for being outdoors in! That’s the sole purpose of this shoe- outdoors! *pun intended* 😉 It definitely pays off however to waterproof them if you plan to be outdoors, just in case! As they are soft and suede, which means water is not their friend! I really like the shorter booties, they’re comfy, and you can wear fun socks to show off! 🦋 11/10

Purchased 2 pairs of these in grey and black. I ordered a size up. My normal size is 9 so i ordered up to a 10. They are somewhat difficult to get your foot in at first but becomes easier the more you wear them. These will absolutely keep your feet warm and dry. There are my go to when i go to my daughters softball games in early spring when its still cold. I like the feel of the inside so i often wear them without socks but will use socks if it’s colder out. Especially durable as well. Keeps their shape well

Beautiful color-instant love!

I purchased these because after a year of searching I couldn’t find my left grey Ugg (ugh, don’t ask). I thought well, if it ever turns up, I don’t want two pairs of the same color. For that reason I purchased the Pale Smoke. Omg. This color is extremely unique it’s a light grayish color with a hint of violet. They will pretty much go with anything. I love that they are treated as well now. The fit is fine for me as I have a narrow foot and regular instep. I can see how it would be difficult to impossible for someone with a higher instep to get these on as the opening is narrow and restrictive due to the stitching around the top.

Absolutely love them I wear them as my slipping and go & my comfy / warm shoes. I put them on in my car immediately when I come out of work. They keep my feet extra extra warm especially now that it's really cold at night and in the mornings. I also wear them on my way to work and put my work shoes on when I arrive. They seem very well made of really good quality materials. They're definitely a purchase I will be making again however it looks like that might be a while since I honestly do not see these wearing in or tearing up or coming apart and we're not being wearable for a long time. Not flattering

These are different than my other older uggs and not in a good way. Too much fabric inside the ankle part to the point I struggle to get my foot in and out and I ordered 1/2 size larger (I wear 6 1/2 and got 7 which usually is perfect in Uggs for me) my foot is narrow. I can't imagine the average person will keep these. I was excited to get the color blue and splurged because other colors were 1/2 the price but I wanted blue. So very disappointed they are hard to get on and off. Another change is the shape. My other Uggs have a nice oval shape around the foot. These are very round and make your feet look a lot larger, kinda shapped like a round bear paw. Not a flattering shape and makes the feet look way larger than normal. Not the UGGs I remember

I’ve worn UGGs for years, having received my first pair as a gift after a family member visited Australia. I still have two pairs that have held up well for more than a decade. I can’t believe these boots are by the same brand! The inner lining is plush but has a synthetic feel and is not soft or cushy like my originals. The arch area is oddly tight along the top so it rubs, and they’re slightly short so a toe will likely pop through as a result of wear at some point. I returned them immediately and am terribly disappointed.

Quality gone down

I was really excited to receive my first pair of UGGS in probably 10 years. I got the red on clearance in my usual 8. They are a beautiful bright color but I was surprised to find overall the quality has decreased - the suede feels thin, the bottoms feel like foam that will wear easily. UGGs used to be very thick and last forever. These soles are a cheaper foam that I see getting smushed and scraped easily. The suede also looks stretched and thin when I walk - like a fake UGG. Rather disappointed but I will still wear them around the house but I was hoping for them to be a winter style staple, but the only statement they make is cheap. It could be the bright color dye that affects the quality. Just not what it used to be.

Quality of Uggs is not what it used to be

This is no fault of Macy’s, but Uggs are not worth the money they used to be. I haven’t ordered new Ugg boots in a few years (probably not since 2017 or so), but I’ve gotten slippers in the meantime (2019). I’ve always been happy with the quality of Uggs, even as recently as 2019 with my slipper purchase, and it’s made the price worth it. It’s also differentiated Uggs from other similar boots in the market. However, this year’s purchase changed that forever. My new Uggs are thinner and it’s immediately obvious that the quality of the fur has diminished. It’s disappointing that a once highly respected brand would diminish its quality so severely over the course of just a few years. I hope others recognize this change before they buy new Uggs.

Ugg has lost a customer!

I am very disappointed in. UGG! I purchase a new pair of UGGs pretty much every two years. The last pair I purchased I did notice the shearling felt a little thin and eventually my toe poked through the front of the shoe AND my shoes do. It fit tight. Out of all the UGGS I’ve purchased this had never happened! I didn’t pay as much attention to the shearling and thought maybe I just received a bad pair (maybe defective) I don’t know. But…. I purchased this Burnt Cedar color yesterday and when I got home to pull them out the box, they felt extremely light in weight, but when I put my foot in them, it was as if there was no shearling on the inside. They felt like a cheap pair of boots you would purchase from Walmart or Target and cost $180! The price continues to go up ... MoreI am very disappointed in. UGG! ok, I get the hype

I’ve had all the dupes and close but not exacts, but not actual UGG brand boots*. I finally purchased a pair 2 years ago and I was like OH. These things are worth it. Size 7.5 is my normal shoe size (short but wide feet), and I ordered a size 7. Though when I was pregnant last year, I couldn’t pull them up over my swollen feet, so I’d suggest maybe going up a size if you’re prone to swell. (Though again, I also have “wide” feet, so grain of salt. I normally wear a size 7 wide if it’s available) However, in the year since I gave birth, these are one of the few pair that currently still fit pre-kid. (I now wear about a size 8 I’m learning after my feet settled) The thing for me that made me part of the bandwagon was the shearling. All of a sudden after the kid, my feet started getting more sweaty and therefore smelly. So, when I was able to slide these over my feet after the swelling went down, I immediately noticed how breathable they are. They keep my feet nice and toasty around the house or out and about when it’s cold, but rarely get too uncomfortably warm for me to take them off. Love how comfy they are. Now obviously wouldn’t wear them on a warm day, but they’re perfect on hard floors and cold days. Hoping to buy house shoes and maybe the shortest pair, because dang. I’m part of the fam now. Definitely recommend. (*still haven’t tried the less expensive Koolaburra pair because I figured if I was still putting in that much money, I’d go all the way… but now really want to. I want to know what the biggest differences are, so I may update.)
