Bit disappointed

I bought this pair on sale and clicked the AU size (thought this was misleading as it wasn’t clear that this was a UK size) - which resulted in me getting the wrong size pair. Unfortunately by the time I got them to realise they were the wrong size, the sale had finished and you didn’t allow me to exchange for another size unless I re-purchased the same shoe at full price. Product is great but customer experience was not.

Cute and comfy

Very comfy and true to size. Dinky little things that are quite low cut and appear to look good with everything. Dinky, but a good decent sole and therefore I feel they are quite solid and can walk for miles. Haven't done that yet due to atrocious weather. I love the authentic range for their fab silhouette.

Different sizing from my other vans

I had this exact shoe in this exact size a few years ago and wore them to death. For whatever reason, these ones are about half a size too small. Despite the size thing, they're also just far less comfortable with less flexible and harder soles, yet somehow less tactile at the same time. Kinda regret buying these. Asos stuffed up the shipping too btw

Hard hard material at the back

I don't normally write reviews, but I might say I will not recommend this item. A few hrs in work wearing those shoes, took my skin off at the back, very hard material and very tight. Most luckily my item won't get refund or replacent with something different as wored it once

Money lost

I bought this filtering by gender, although I received a snickers with a woman’s size discrepancy on the website says that is 11. Although is a men’s size 9.I’m returning, but unfortunately I got this with a gift card and I don’t have the cards anymore… after I used them I got rid of it; Such mistake! Probably won’t be able to use my refund, since I don’t have the card anymore so money lost…asos disappointing more and more as become a bigger corporation

Quality downgraded

I have been buying these low top authentic trainers for years. I have unhappy painful feet and these Vans made my feet happy and comfortable. That is until I bought my most recent pair, women's size 8UK. They are too wide (have Vans turned them into unisex?) and they are basically uncomfortable and I have found out why. Compared new to old pair and found that the padding on the tongue has gone. Also every bit of padding all around top of trainer which gave comfort around ankle area has also gone. The trainer is basically one thin bit of canvas now and the padding that made the trainers so comfortable now make them look and feel like school plimsolls of old. Even the soles are different and don't have that shock absorbing quality any more. Woukd I buy again? ... MoreI have been buying these low top authentic trainers for years. Sneakers received and everything perfect

They are the second shoes that I buy because of how comfortable the first shoes were and how long they lasted. I usually wear between 40 and 40.5 in sneakers / trainers, and I think I remember the last one I ordered was 40.5. However this time my size is 40. I recommend them without hesitation, 100%. Regarding this store, they have good prices and I have received the package earlier than expected, although it is true that I had problems with the first order, perhaps due to the consequences of the covid, so I will not take it into account for the future. Recommended page, with quality products at reduced prices. I will buy again for sure!

Vans Authentic Skate Shoes

I come here primarily for one product and it's cheaper than in store plus it comes right to my door. I love online shopping. I am a full time working, mother and wife. I don't have a lot of extra time for running to the mall or the store. Vans Authentic Mens, Black, Size 12. These are the only shoes my 16 year old son will wear. So when I found your site online I was thrilled. When you have them in stock, they are always 36.00 as compared to in store, 45.99 and with your site, there's no tax or shipping (could just be my area) and I absolutely love that! You guys are the cheapest store i've gotten shoes off of. Actually the first shoe store I've bought things off of online. I live all the way in PA and you guys happened to be the cheapest with no tax and free shipping. Even amazon can't beat you guys. Thanks for a great experience I will always come here as a first option for shoes. Best Vans I've bought. I love these shoes, they go with every kind of casual attire. Whether its going to parties or just walking around town they are my favorite shoes to be in. Black is my favorite color and these make me rock in nice clothes.
