I bought these for my wife and she loves them. They break into the most comfortable shoes ever. I have a few of these myself and they are holding up great. Fits as expected and can be worn with any type of outfit.

These Vans have been mine and my kids favorite shoe for years, it’s about all the 4 of us wear. If you have wider feet this is a good shoe for you. They run a little big so I suggest sticking with your normal size and if your a half size you can probably go down to the nearest even number example 8.5 get a 8. Also the prices on Walmarts site are great. I had to send these back because I ordered a size 16 and they were too big for my son. He needed a 14 which I couldn’t find but if your a 12 and under you won’t have any problem finding a great selection of Vans.
I only use two different colors of Vans Authentic, Black and DARK Blue. They always have Black in stores. Unfortunately, they don't have dark Blue. I searched every store in the Mall and no one carries them. I FINALLY FOUND THEM and I am SO HAPPY!
I have bought several pairs in different colors and finally had to write a review. These are really a 5-star shoes brought down one star by one glaring defect. Really poor shoe laces. They start at 36 inches but quickly stretch to 3-4 inches longer (or more). After just a few weeks I am walking on the laces, even with them double-knotted. I now through the included laces away and have replaced them. Try KIWI Select Kids Sports Laces, 36". They do not stretch. Vans should correct this.
I had two pairs of vans in high school and I thought they were the most comfortable shoe ever. Unfortunately I only had those shoes for a week due to both pair being stolen out of my locker. I didn't buy anymore because it just reminded me of that situation. I finally decided to buy a new pair for work thinking that these would be just as squishy and comfy as they were when I had them in high school. I have to work on a concrete floor all day so I thought they would be perfect. I was so happy when they arrived only to find out that they are nowhere near as squishy and comfortable as they were 20 plus years ago. I don't know if the insoles are different or what happened, but the soles are extremely hard. I love these Authentics on my 4th pair now! I can wear them with dresses and jeans and they look great. They never wear out I just buy them often because I like my vans to look fresh, ultra white and like new when I go somewhere special. I wash my older ones in the washing machine to wear for everyday use and they're still going strong!
I love the regular authentics and have bought many but they wear out very quickly so i thought i would try these. They look great but unfortunately i guess the extra cushion lets your heel sink down and causes constant rubbing on back of ankle so i always get blisters/bleed when i try to wear them. I was hoping i could break them in but it didn't get better. Not really a problem if you only skate in them but you just cant really walk anywhere in them....
Lovely Vans leather shoes, fast delivery, BUT wrong size. I give 2 stars to the quality of the shoes. I ordered 8 US (Men 6.5) for my elder son, then got a pair in US Men 5.0/Women 6.5. Then I checked DJ website, the size I needed was all gone. Finally, my little one offered to take over this pair of shoes when I planned to return them in shop. It’s waste of time…
