My daughter has been wearing checkerboard vans for 5 years now . And for work there comfortable and non slip. For wearing out with jeans. And if brought her the waffle lovers and graffiti ones recently. She loves them there's always a pair that will go with an outfit. I'm thinking of buying myself a pair as there so durable.

They arrived on time and in perfect condition!I got them at an awesome discount, and I couldn’t be happier.The shoes came in the original Vans box (which I was worried about just because of how inexpensive I got these) and they were the perfect gift for my brother.They arrived on the date expected, and I couldn’t have got them any cheaper elsewhere!Thank you!

In my opinion the classic white vans are the most durable fashion forward shoe in today's fashion industry. I ordered my very first pair of vans several years ago thinking that the shoes wouldn't be comfortable maybe wear a time or two they will tear up and take up more room in my closet like all the other brands of white slip on shoes I've tried. When I went to the store to purchase these checkered vans for my birthday the lady who worked at nordstom was so helpful she knew exactly what she was doing and was patient as I still hadn't decided if I wanted the checkered ones or the plain white ones. She also helped me find the perfect size. The shoes are also great. Great quality! I have had mine for quite a while now and they are still in great condition. I love them! What was also great is that usually when I get my vans from the vans store I don't get fit properly and they end up stretching out overtime and no longer fit correctly. It has been almost 6 months since I bought these and they still fit perfectly. I regret not catching the employee who helped me name. My daughter loves them. When she first got them, it was difficult for her to get them onto her feet because the openings were narrow. Now that she has worn them for a short while, the openings have widened and she can now put them on while she is wearing socks. The length toe/heal was spot on with her usual size.

Always just order in your regular size and it will end up perfect. I ordered these in both the thyme green/white and bronze/white and got them on sale (woo hoo)! Purchased on here after trying to purchase on the Vans site - which had no sales going on, didn't have much stock/variety and they randomly cancelled my order two days later with no apology or compensation, they just didn't "realize" they were sold out. However, I didn't want to go through sending it back and gold is still kind of a neutral that I'm sure I'll wear. It just looks dark brown from far away and you have to look close or hit the right lighting for the sparkle. Overall I know I'll be happy once I break them in. Would rather purchase from here from now on than Vans.
Exactly as described. They’re not the white and black as many presume. They are the classic cream and white. I usually go for half a size bigger in vans but risked the 5 After reading others reviews. They are perfect! Expect them to stretch so go for your true size. These haven’t rubbed yet either, as some have stated in their reviews. Maybe it’s just my feet that are absolute trotters haha! Definitely recommend!
I bought these for the butterflies over the "classic" Vans checkerboard.. I wear 8.5 to 9 depending on shoe. I bought 9M after reading other reviews. They fit perfectly however, they are a challenge to get on. Very little to no stretch in fabric, elastic insets help a bit but heel area has little to no "give". I gave up trying to get them on during first attempt and thought of returning them but, because they're so cute, tried again and was successful. Luckily, I just bought a long handle shoe horn for another pair of shoes with similar problem. Once I got them on they fit fine and I think will fit even more comfortably after some wear. Fabric is not soft but feel durable and shoes are well made. The unique color and fair price were big drawpoints initially. Upon receiving they arevery comfortable- I prefer to wear a no show sock to prevent blisters before they break in.I would also say they run very slightly on the large size. The 7 could almost pass for a 7.5.Pleased with purchase!
My box came totally open. Y’all used one strip of tape on the shipment. And someone definitely returned these shoes. There’s black on the white soles. But now my size is all sold out. So I’m either stuck with worn shoes, or I can send them back and miss out. For a higher-end company, you missed.
